Ordered carpet in one roll big enough for 2 double rooms and one single room 4 sets of stairs the carpet quality and price was the best on market so happy with my purchase will be ordering again after being recommended by a frend will be ordering again it came on the delivery day as promised they emailed me 2 days before with day and window and even on the day of delivery came way before the delivery time window I’m so impressed also on the day of delivery they emailed me with live tracking number and updated me constantly so convient to keep and eye on delivery as hadn’t fully moved in to property so I could be there to recive other company’s need to take note of this company’s professionalism and 5 star customer service the driver was on he’s own he did say to my sons mum it stated that someone would help if needed but I was at work but he still carried on and put carpet in the house as I understand as it was in one roll so quite heavy but he didn’t complain and just carried on 5 star customer service I commend the driver thank you and thank you onlinecarpets my home feels like a home now thanks to you will be ordering again and recommending to friends and family
