Absolutely horrific experience with…
Absolutely horrific experience with this company! Ordered carpets for my whole upstairs but 2 came in the wrong sizes. After constant emailing they made me prove the carpets were incorrect by photo next to a tape measure which was not easy given the size of them. After this they eventually agreed they were wrong and offered to replace this is after a weeks poor communication. This company aware I have no carpets down due to their error in a house with young children which isn’t acceptable. They then arranged for replacement to be delivered this Thursday and 3 days before date given I have now been told now it is not in stock despite clearly showing in stock online and to pick another carpet when whole upstairs is one colour and most is already laid. Now saying I need to wait 21 days it is completely unacceptable!!! Either the website is false advertising selling carpets not in stock or this company are at it and don’t want to help.
