Shocking company, saw a physio there who said they would send me exercises to follow before seeing them again, well, after 6 weeks of calling 3-4 times a week speaking to numerous people, i got the exercises, i was then sent demands for payment, which i dont mind paying , but i need to speak to a manger, so im still awaiting that call, well in the meantime they have now sent me a demand for another visit, which i didnt goto as i didnt do the exercises to see if i approved, so do not use this company, its totally shocking

Sat in the Wessex hospital now. Lady on reception didn’t look up to acknowledge me til the end of our interaction. When sat in waiting room, staff on reception speaking loudly about personal topics, and about patients so all the waiting room could hear. Then the fire alarm went off, we were all told to leave the waiting room then nothing, all the staff went to an assembly point round the side of the building and all the patients were just left standing close to the building with no guidance at all on what to do. I was expecting a better welcome and more guidence when the fire alarm went off.

Very poor service. The consultant didn't look at my problem properly. Booked for a procedure then changed. I fasted for the whole day, was admitted, and waited for 5 hours but then she left without any notice and my procedure was not performed after 5 months of waiting—total lack of care, negligence, and lack of respect. I will not be confident of getting any treatment from her again. I am scared that she doesn't know what she is doing. Management should look at the incident and review her position to continue. They should review the whole recruitment process. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Patricia seemed to lack an understanding of how to engage with young children and made no effort to help my daughter feel settled in the class. She appeared distant, showing neither warmth nor a welcoming nature, which I believe is crucial in her role. This approach is particularly challenging for young children, especially for someone as young as 4 years old. In addition, her classes lacked structure, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly, which made the environment less enjoyable for my daughter. I feel that her teaching style and attitude could be improved to better suit the needs of young children.

I can't praise the Bournemouth Nuffield (NHS) enough for their care when I had a knee replacement. The staff were all friendly, cheerful and attended to every need. I think I counted about 23 different nurses and helpers who attended to me, and was really quite sorry to leave the very comfortable bed, en suite room and 5 star treatment. Apart from post op pain, the whole experience was like a weekend break away!

Everybody was really professional and still kind. Excellent as was agreed by my son who is a consultant to the World Health organisation.

First class facilities and staff

Cataract op on right eye by Dr Patel. Incredible experience, in and out in under 2 hours, no pain, surgeon explained every step of the procedure as he went along (even though it only took about 4 minutes). No post op pain, 20/20 within about 4 hours. Can now read a car number plate at 50 metres. Life changing. Only comment is the waiting time is long (9 weeks) with service this good though, I'm not really surprised.

One of the males shower and the only spin dryer have been broken for a long time at kingston branch, we had to queue for taking a shower, and yet the blonde lady was complaining the boys took too long to shower and was threatening to shut the door at 22 o'clock square 🤷‍♂️. would rate 1 star if weren't for the rest of the crew being pretty cool.

Have waited for a reply from Nuffield Newcastle and still no response. Sent a second email, again got a note saying how important I was yet still no response after 5 days. This is supposed to be specialist customer care!

Nuffield Health Woking hospital, I went in for an operation last week and I can’t praise the staff enough, from the reception to the porter and all the nurses were fantastic and the surgeon miss Devanna Rajesswari was brilliant and the recovery nurses after the operation were brilliant and looked after me so well. Lovely to have caring staff and well done to Nuffield Woking hospital.

Having had a total right knee replacement performed by Mr Govilkar and his team last week. Everything was so calm and professional, during a stressful time for myself. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone from Mr Govilkar and the surgical team, to recovery dept, Paul and the porters. Catering and housekeeping as well as all the ward nurses, Steph, Janet, May, Alison,Alberto and the rest of the nurses whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. I blame that on the pain relief. You are all so lovely and professional in all that you do in all departments. Many Thanks Marie Robinson

This is a very well organised, well managed and well run programme with excellent staff.

I gave my details to a Nuffield health gym, and now want them deleted. I found the Nuffield gym staff distasteful, and lacking in confidence and self respect. Nuffield have not assisted me to get my details removed, and it looks like they do not comply with their data protection obligations. I will be reporting this breach to the relevant authority. On all occasions at Nuffield Health Cambridge I was treated as an individual. I had 3 hernia repairs and was out the same day. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Just adding a review on the Nutfield Health Center in Brondesbury. The water temperature at the swimming pool doesnt seem to adjust properly. Staff keep saying its down to the thermostat. There are many days that i have not been able to use the pool as the water its either too cold or warm!!! In the meantime we continue to pay for the membership. Not right at all.

Had TKR at Nuffield Woking and can't praise it highly enough - staff were caring and kind. Facilities and food were really good. So far surgery seems successful so really can't do anything other than say how my experience was made so much easier by the above.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they are accommodating with people with disabilities and go above and beyond to help

Great programme-been such a help but… the price has gone up so much I dont know if I can justify it.

I requested a referal via Benenden Insurance to see Miss Tipples at Nuffield Hospital Chichester from my GP, after having a series of medications prescribed that didn't work well for me. After an inital consultation and ultra sound she found a cyst on one of my ovaries. Which she suggested we kept under review. I paid privately for two further visits to see her over the next year and in July she found a second cyst had formed on the other ovary. With a family history of Ovarian Cancer with my mother and grandmother she suggested preventative intervention to remove ovaries and fallopian tubes. 7 hours at the hospital and I was home to a pain free recovery. The experience was very pleasant, I was treated with dignity and respect and the staff were friendly, professional and kind. Thank you
