Nuffield health dont appear to comply with data protection laws
I gave my details to a Nuffield health gym, and now want them deleted. I found the Nuffield gym staff distasteful, and lacking in confidence and self respect. Nuffield have not assisted me to get my details removed, and it looks like they do not comply with their data protection obligations. I will be reporting this breach to the relevant authority.
