Cancelled my direct debit after losing my job and moving but now being chased as they say I should have cancelled in writing. We know why these companies want to make it hard to cancel. Real customer centric
Nuffield is an absolute joke the whole system/ processes are outdated and not fit for purpose. Nuffield is such a let down cold hearted staff that have no remorse and hide behind the terms and conditions. To think the whole country is going through hard times and nothing is in place to support their customers but happy to keep taking and taking. Nuffield you should be ashamed!!!!!
Birmingham & Rubery gyms are sh&t holes Cannock is top tier 😊 That’s my opinion 😊
I highly recommend the Nuffield Health Joint Pain program.
My overall experience at the Nuffield Brentwood was amazing from staff to cleanliness care food can't fault this place absolutely brilliant.
I love Nuffield at Stoke Poges ….everyone is so helpful and wants to make the experience a good one. Not intimidating at all. The swimming pool is my favourite activity. Thank you Amber for your help in making me fitter and more able to cope with my aches and pains through exercise.
Get fit and make friends in a healthy, happy and welcoming atmosphere! The instructors are very approachable and encouraging at all entry levels. The journey they have helped me through has been life changing. Although in my 60's, I feel that after 12 weeks, my body has responded in such a positive way, my pains has almost disappeared, I have lost weight, and found my "core" which has resulted in dropping 2 dress sizes! It is a no-brainer to keep going, as I am now in a positive routine to maintain a good routine set by my instructor. The building is friendly, welcoming and beautifully clean. I would 100% recommend. Thank you Nuffield.
I have just completed the joint pain programme and would highly recommend to anyone with joint pain as it gives you a lot of tools to support your condition plus ongoing help and support which is a bonus
Poor service received from Nuffield Health Manchester, their accounts team are completely incompetent sending Debt Collection letters when you try and pay their references do not match up. Avoid like the plague
From my 1st consultation with Mr Moreau I was confident that I had come to the right hospital for my surgery and the kindness and care remained at the highest standards until my discharge. The hospital is spotlessly clean and all the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting were very kind and very professional. Thank you so much to all concerned.
I had an EPS + Right Sided Accessory Pathway WPW Ablation done by Dr Malcom Finlay at the Nuffield health at St Bartholomew's hospital. Dr Finlay was very assuring throughout the process and the staff were professional in rendering their services.
The management unresponsive to customers’ comments and needs. Maggots seen in steam room repeatedly and reported to no avail. Pool temperature inconsistent, often on the cooler side. Male shower rooms could be cleaner; sometimes stuff on the floor for days. A shame!
It’s a horrible gym. They are now banning people for life if they don’t put the equipment back in place. My husband forgot at 9:25 to put the weights off the squats bar and at 9:50pm the rude personal trainer, Arjun, ordered my husband to do that. My husband refused as he didn’t like the way he spoke and also because this PT since we complained about him stopping the music one hour before the gym closes he has been picking on us ever since. This PT got his ego broken right in the middle and got furious, frustrated and looking like out of his mind.I was in the toilets when this rude PT spoke rudely to my husband. We came downstairs and reported to the lady manager, she apologized to us and said she would speak with him. Two days later my husband and I received an email saying we both been banned for life at every Nuffield Gym, even after we been members for 5 years. This rude personal trainer went to cry to his friend and apparently also manager the name Kieran, that probably go with him for drinks outside work. This manager wasn’t there on the day that PT was rude to my husband. Apparently, just because he is the PT friend he can do that, proving the Gym has an awful management. This manager just heard his friend side of story. My husband been banned because he hurt the PT ego, and I been banned because I’m my husband’s wife. Etiquette is not an obligation! And we have always been putting the equipment in the right place. If this PT saw that we forgot he should have done it himself. The other PTs don’t complain like him. He should dismiss himself if he’s frustrated at doing his job. If any other member has had a bad experience like this please comment below. And if anyone has an advise regarding this injustice please let us know. We been treated like criminals by this manager. Horrible people.
Good choice of classes.
Nuffield health Ilford bullying members.. blocking membership so they can't complain.. shocking.. come on I'm not thinking about myself.. I'm worried about Nuffield health Ilford offering unhygienic water and unhealthy facilities... wearing dirty trainers on poolside absolutely disgusting and Club management should think or learn about hygiene policies so sad .. trust pilots should open pictures platforms so we can upload some pic .. I'm so worried about members safety.. people will die from it
Nuffield Giffnock Glasgow. After a sudden serious illness I have a long journey back to my previous active life. I joined the gym two months ago and enjoy exercise, a swim and hot rooms most days. Staff are friendly and helpful and everything is clean and well-maintained. I am grateful for my steady improvement.
Before booking an appointment, Nuffield's Appointments Office takes your credit card details, saying payment will be taken the day before the consultation. But once you've booked, a third party company emails an invoice with OVERDUE written in red at the top. You fill in your card details and pay. The short confirmation email mentions 'outstanding balances', 'payment card', 'charges', 'expenses, and 'payment' 13 times. It also informs you that payment for things like scans will be taken on the day of the procedure. As if! Nuffield asks for a referral; your GP sends one; but Nuffield can't find it. The consultant doesn't really need the referral; after the consultation, she does her report and passes it to her secretary. 5 days later it gets posted by snail mail and arrives, dog-eared and water-stained, partly illegible. An email copy goes to your GP, but it never arrives so you have to send him a photo of the original mess. Back at the Nuffield, the consultant arranges a scan. Radiology sends an email inviting you to phone for an appointment. But the first thing the scanners want is your card payment - before they will even look at the appointments book. You pay, they book the appointment (in 3 weeks' time) and ask for your email address, despite having just emailed you. You have to spell it out twice. The payment confirmation is emailed but it bounces back, so you have to phone and spell out your email address all over again. An exasperating experience: stressful, just like the NHS, but having to pay for it.
I cannot praise the staff at the holly hospital enough for the care that l have received as a patient for a total knee replacement, absolutely every single member of staff is worthy of praise, the care and food were excellent, even the hospital bed was comfortable ensuring a good night sleep after surgery, totally recommended, if it wasn’t for the fact that l came home pain free with a new knee it was an enjoyable experience! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Excellent instructors and a wide range of classes. A friendly environment.
