NCP are my preferred car park company and this was demonstrated last week when I had made an error on my booking which was resolved immediately.

reference is 6289638 Efren was brilliant at helping me when I incorrectly entered a car park code that wasn’t clear. Great customer service and it should be recognised

Although it took 3 phone calls to NCP to sort out my problem, it was only the third call speaking to Ky who went through things methodically and resolved the problem. Thank you Ky.
Advisor Aizel - very helpful in reassuring me that my late payment was okay as long as I paid before midnight on the same day I parked (& as long as the payment covered the amount of time I parked for) - it was such a relief & great I could chat through the app at the time of my issue

I accidentally parked in the wrong car park as they were so close and paid for the wrong one. I reached out to customer service but as it was out of hours there was no response and I was in full panic mode about receiving a parking charge. However, Allen was so helpful and kind about the situation, getting it fixed with ease and also refunded me one of the car parks (I paid for two lol) don't usually park in NCP, but will be using it every time now!

Well, NCP have done it again! Second time in 18 month that I have received a Parking Charge letter from them for parking in one of their car parks on a Bank Holiday despite their signs clearly stating that parking on Sundays and Bank Holidays is FREE! (This one was for parking on Good Friday, 18 April 2025) I won’t pay of course but I do wonder how many vulnerable people they literally scam out of £60 / £100 for parking on Free days. Shame on you NCP … get your act together and update your systems so these letters do not go out!

I needed a receipt and the process was very easy and very efficient excellent service.
Used the app, was simple to use and gave a better rate for parking charge. I have two vehicles registered on the app. For some reason it defaulted to my primary car when I had parked used my second car. Spoke to Rolly on the web chat. They were really informative and resolved my issue quickly. I was informed that because the car park I used had a physical barrier it did not record the vehicle registration and so it was fine on this occasion but to ensure in the future the correct car registration is selected when parking.
Fast and helpful response. I have had to contact the help centre on two occasions in the past week. On both occasions I got a fast response that sorted the issues quickly to my satisfaction. Much improved on previous experiences!
I was expecting the worst from NCP but found Realonda to be really helpful, polite and understanding. This has taught me to have no pre-conceived ideas. Thank-you Realonda. You were extremely helpful and made my NCP experience excellent.

Somehow, my card payment didn’t go through when I tried to pay at a car park machine, but I didn’t notice at the time. I used NCP’s online form today to inform them, when I spotted a “refund” on my card. NCP replied very quickly to reassure me that I would not receive a parking charge and to resolve the issue. Courteous, prompt and fair treatment on this occasion.
Great response from customer services. I parked at an NCP and downloaded the app and bought my parking... but the app didn't say which car park I was in until after I paid. And it had loaded the wrong car park. I then paid again for the right car park and messaged customer services, who refunded the original (wrong) space.
