Very efficient, polite and helpful
Paid for long stay car park at Gatwick airport. I have email evidence to prove I paid the £91 fee. On arrival accidently drove through drop off area after taking the wrong lane. Never once stopped my vehicle or allowed anyone to get out. Now been issued with £170 demand or threat of County Court proceedings. Absolutely disgusting and completely unfair.

For a company Like NCP to have such poor technology, I am surprised. They have an app, which you cant pre book on. When you scan the barcode on your arrival it doesn’t not even show up. The app doesn’t work when your booking your arrival time so instead we choose the time slot which was available. How was this error made by us when it was a technical fault because we payed for our parking ticket. Inflexible customer services have no sympathy when raising a perfectly valid point and still made me pay for your parking charge (£20)
They were prompt in responding to my query in the chat facility. This surprised me as I expected to be on hold for hours. My query had a solution instantly and my mind was put on ease.

I had made a mistake with regard to my parking. The staff member i spoke to online was very gracious and helpful, going out of his way to help me. I am afraid i did not recall his name.
Sadly, I haven't received the same great service as that of reviewer Jonathan (May 14th) who had made the same error. I recently parked in the Stanley St, Manchester carpark and absent mindedly entered the registration of our other vehicle. I sent in an appeal along with evidence to show that despite my error, I still had payed for the full duration of the stay. Although NCP are satisfied that it was a genuine mistake, my fine has not been cleared but now reduced to £20 for administration charges as a gesture of goodwill! I do have the option to take my appeal to POPLA but then the reduced rate is no longer applicable. NCP shouldn't need to be cashing in on such situations when the parking was already paid for. I see absolutely no goodwill at all here. **Update to my review** Following this, had contact with Customer Relations Manager, their position remains the same so unfortunately so does my review.
I paid via the app but was 50 minutes late to pick my car up. Got in touch with customer services who told me to just book an extra hour on the app. Sorted 😊

Rude, greedy, pretty incompetent. Sending notices out and try to argue desite being shown bank statements to show payments. Trying to make app payments cheaper. Support local a d don't use NCP car parks. A reply to the repsonse- please don't lower yourselves to pretending you respect customers as you don't.
The NCP on-line Request for Receipt system obviously works, having received my receipt well within the advised maximum timeframe. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by the Customer Response Advisor. Thank you, Linda.
Very foolishly forgot to update my registration number on my NCP app meaning although I had paid for a ticket it was for the wrong vehicle . As the car had been parked for 24 hours I was worried I'd got a ticket. Spoke to Ellis in customer services, who was very helpful and sorted the situation. Many thanks.
Just to let everybody know my car was STOLEN from Carpark 1 Birmingham airport on the 5-5-25 which was a complete week before I was due to fly back..But it wasn’t the only car stolen in 11 days 4 others was taken too… I’ve had a response from NCP to say how sorry and gave me a refund, These car parks are classed as public areas so anyone can be walking around them not just passengers.. So please everyone make sure you have some kind of security device fitted so it’s harder to steal.. Police was involved and have asked the airport to improve how vehicles are released from the car parks not just APNR as anyone could be driving the car… Tbh I feel totally let down by NCP and from now on I’ll be getting a taxi or some other way to be dropped off… Especially how much these car parks cost.. Sorry about the rant but I think people should be aware cars are being regularly Stolen from Birmingham Airport…..
