My partner who is blind had tried to register over 2 years ago for the drop off service at Gatwick airport, due to constant login issues she has never been able to use this service...We have HAD to pay for the whole duration because of this. I have again tried to register again today but this problem remains still. Along with bringing this to the parking ombudsmans attention, we are now seeking legal advice from the RNIB over a service that discriminates against the sight impaired. NCP are an Absolute disgrace !!!
