I had paid for a ticket as I refused to use the app due to numerous problems and yet they won't accept it as the cameras rely on automatic recognition. Ashburner Street car park

9/5 - STILL NO RESPONSE DESPITE 15 E-MAILS BEING SENT. 1/5 - received the following standard response as if this resolves the situation, they clearly have no intention of answering or sorting out costly issues/problems? Arrived at barrier to leave @ 10.30pm, barrier would not open. Female assistant took 5 minutes to answer (dozens of cars behind trying to leave all blasting horns and getting upset), refused to open the barrier just kept saying re enter the ticket. Eventually accepted the machine was faulty and arranged to re boot, would not open the barrier. Almost 15 minutes later we were able to leave. Contacted, so called, customer service who took all the details and promised to respond, cannot get ANY response depite numerous chasing e-mails and phone calls.
Was charged the wrong amount and reached out to customer services to request a refund. They responded both promptly and positively. Thanks!
DO NOT USE! I parked in Glasgow Airport Valet Parking, run by NCP Car Parks. The service lets you drop the car off in front of the terminal, hand the staff the keys and they park it. On return, it’s back at the terminal for you. Upon entering, they take images of your car incase of any damage done. Brilliant idea I hear you say! However, the issue is the staff had damaged our car mechanically. We dropped the car off in perfect working order. Not too long after a service and MOT. On picking the car up, there was a loud banging noise when turning. Took it straight to a mechanics and they advised it was dangerous to drive. There opinion was someone had gone too fast over a speed bump/pothole, of which there are multiple around the airport area. The staff at drop off where very busy and rushing about to move all the cars too. This ended in a bill for nearly £300 to fix. NCP have denied all liability after their investigation, which consisted of asking the staff there if anyone remembers anything. Of course they didn’t!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THE CARS ARE OBVIOUSLY MISTREATED. ITS NOT THEIR CAR AFTER ALL SO WHY NOT RATTLE IT OVER A SPEED BUMP!
The automatic recognition didn't register my vehicle registration. Contacted NCP and Sam in customer resolved my issue and I paid for my parking. Really helpful.

I had to contact NCP via the app due to several problems with my account, one of which was longstanding and hadn't been sorted in a previous contact. Hazel was amazing and got everything cleared up in minutes.
This morning at 5.35am I drove into the incorrect drop off lane at Gatwick North airport, I realised this straight away & drove back round(I did not stop) to the correct drop off lane & dropped off my passengers. When I got home to pay my drop off fee I realised I was charged twice @ 5.35 am - wrong lane & 5.37 correct lane. I paid my £6 fee for 5.37am & queried my 5.35am one with a very helpful & polite man called Allen. I apologised for my error, he looked at the details & very kindly advised me that I did not have to pay the 5.35am charge. I was a genuine error & was so nice that Allen recognised this. Great service & understanding. Thank you
