NCP- great chat experience
Used the app, was simple to use and gave a better rate for parking charge. I have two vehicles registered on the app. For some reason it defaulted to my primary car when I had parked used my second car. Spoke to Rolly on the web chat. They were really informative and resolved my issue quickly. I was informed that because the car park I used had a physical barrier it did not record the vehicle registration and so it was fine on this occasion but to ensure in the future the correct car registration is selected when parking.
