I have entered in a drop off zone in Gatwick by mistake but I still paid to avoid a fee. I contacted NCP and explained what happened and they prompted answered they would refund me.

Fast and so nice amazing support
I made a mistake when parking and the wrong car was entered into the app. This would have resulted in a parking ticket. I realised my mistake when the parking session had ended. i contacted the chat function and Ky was able to help me to make make sure that I did not get a ticket. It was very much appreciated as it was my error.
After having problems obtaining a parking ticket, I contacted the NCP customer service team.Very helpful young lady listened to my issue, took my details and sorted it out within minutes, thankyou your service was excellent.

A relatively quick resolution. However, a frustrating service overall. Having used a NCP car park, which clearly displays options to pay now or later, I chose to pay online later. Getting home, my registration number was not recognised and so I had no means to pay. I had to then contact customer services, with the resulting call lasting just over ten minutes, to explain the situation, pass my details, qualify the time at the car park, and then passed to another handler to take payment. Otherwise you risk getting a penalty charge if you don't sort within 72 hours. If paying later online options are not available at car parks, due to insufficient technology from NCP, then this should NOT be provided as an option. It should clearly state to ONLY pay on the app or at a machine. Very frustrating, and very expensive.

Rung NCP to ask for a receipt for the payment of the carpark spoke to VALERIE very rude I felt like I was wasting her time she was sighing as she spelt my name wrong maybe a bit of training needed on customer skills

Entered car park five bhx in error , £9.50 to get out, ten days and counting no refund as yet. Why so long? Is there going to be any changes made for any other accidental entry? It should be easier than this. Locked in the car park , £9.50 to get out , no space taken. Anybody reading this the drop and go car park is below car park five, it was part of car park five awhile ago, used to be one hour free, now only ten mins. No barrier , camera monitoring.
