Well lit once inside car park
Car park well lit once inside and usually able to find a space even during busy hours. It’s hard to find the location number for the app / new payment system to ensure you’re in the correct car park. Also due to location of car park payment machines on lower floor - mobile & WiFi signals are weak making it difficult to use / check the NCP app. The new vehicle number plate recognition system does not appear to be linked to the app so high risk of double paying for parking if you pay via the app and then later decide (or need) to check your number plate on the payment machines to make sure you haven’t overstayed time you have paid for via the app. It is possible to reclaim money if you end up double paying but it does take a little bit of effort & time to fill out reclaim form online. Customer Services team did a great job of resolving issue within 3 days and repaying any overpayment.
