Had problems getting a receipt, but customer services helped
Parked at Great Northern Car Park 2 in Manchester. e-recipt system didn't work, requesting a receipt via the web didn't work. Contacted customer services via their form who sorted out the receipt in a couple of days. Thanks Zia!
