I’ve always felt like car park…
I’ve always felt like car park operators have always been unfair with their customers, but I recently had a great experience with their customer service team. I had forgotten to pay for parking and called their customer service team speaking to Eve, she was amazing! She was super patient and even managed to find a solution to cover the outstanding payment even though I’d missed the grace period. Thanks to her, I didn’t end up with a £65 PCN notice. She was really apologetic for the wait on the phone, even though I was the one who messed up and forgot to pay the ticket. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Eve thank you :)
