I was issued a PCN by NCP for a 12 hour stay at Shoebury Station Car Park on the 2nd of February, when in fact I only dropped off my wife, left and then returned nearly 12 hours later to pick my wife up. Their awful ANPR system and their 'proof' managed to covienently leave out my eaelier exit and re-entry the same date. Still not resolved and have spent a lot of time appealing and complaints. Terrible company.
I parked the car at Southport Promenade and paid the ticket by using the wrong registration. I contacted the customer service through the Apps and the reply is so fast. The staff helped me to sort out the problem and comfort me. Really an excellent service. Thank you so much.
I recently parked in an NCP car park and paid £4.95 by phone. Unfortunately I was driving my wife's car but entered my own cars registration number. Approx. 2 weeks later my wife received a parking fine. When I realised what had happened I appealed the fine by filling in the online form. The reply was sent roughly 1 week after stating that the appeal had not been upheld, but as a goodwill gesture the penalty charge was reduced to £20. As this was a totally innocent mistake on my part, I feel that the goodwill gesture should only have been a full days charge £4.95. So now it means that not only have I paid the £20, but in addition I have also paid £4.95 to NCP. When paying for parking you are required to enter the registration of the vehicle, so I would assume that the records should reflect the registration number you entered against the debited amount. CCTV recording of the date in question should easily show no car with that registration in the car park. I also note that under NCP parking terms and conditions, should your vehicle be damaged or any of your goods stolen whilst in an NCP carpark, NCP will accept no liability for the incident. This leads me to conclude that NCP cares nothing for its customers / patrons, but only for the monetary return to NCP.
I accidentally forgot to pay for parking, realised a few days later and spoke to Elis in customer services who was really friendly and helpful and enabled me to pay for the parking to avoid a fine. Wouldn't be an issue if NCP brought back AutoPay would be my only negative, removing that is a real shame / loss of convenience.
Aizel was able to sort out the problem Great customer service Thx
Good service overall! Had an issue getting my receipt after full day parking. Called the NCP line and they had said go online and fill info. Quick and reliable! Fardean
Excellent customer service. Very quick, responsive, clear and concise.
Karen helped me out with some complications with my parking, she took my concerns seriously and swiftly helped me sort them out.
Parked in an NCP car park (Sheffield Hartshead) using the app and the QR code for the first time. Hadn’t realised that I hadn’t registered the car I was driving. Contacted them when I got home to explain the mistake, and Heidi sorted it out straight away without any hassle. No fine!
Ky was very helpful. I paid for another car session, instead of my new one. But Ky fixed it straightaway.
I had been using the incorrect registration on my car parking sessions. Ky from NCP assisted me via the webchat app and sorted this out for me. Quick responses and actions, with a good outcome considering I was at fault. Thank you.
Thankyou for the excellent service provided by your member of staff, extremely polite, very clear and effcient - a credit to your company!!!
I made an error when using the app and accidentally put in the wrong car registration. I paid a second time for the correct registration and then filled in a simple online form to request a refund. The refund was processed really quickly (within 48 hours). Very good customer service
I entered the incorrect number registration plate when parking, but had recently had a new number plate put on the vehicle. I realised my mistake 2 days later. I contacted NCP via online chat and they immediately rectified the situation
Super quick response and very polite reply from Realonda
Been charged twice for a parking permit. Made a request for refund and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the reply and apologies as well. Very nice and much appreciated.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I use this car park weekly and every single week I have some kind of problem occur. This week I’ve received a PCN for supposedly parking in a disabled bay without a badge, even though the parking spot I was parked in wasn’t a disabled spot which you can clearly see on the photographic evidence they have upload on the PCN so make that make sense? There’s never a member of staff on the desk when you need assistance but they have staff available to photograph my car accusing me of parking in a disabled bay when I wasn’t.
Mo at Birmingham Horse fair. We do not use car parks and apps but when we could not pay Mo came to us to help us use the app. When we couldn’t get out he appeared again and stayed with us until the support sorted out query. He was great. An angel. Thanks.
Customer service was fantastic - I made an error with the car registration and the representative sorted it out quickly and with no additional stress. Thank you.

NCP National Car Parks receives high praise for its helpful customer service, with many reviewers highlighting the efficiency and attentiveness of staff members like Kayleigh and Rham in resolving issues. Customers appreciate the prompt handling of problems, with several noting that their concerns were addressed swiftly and fairly. However, there are notable complaints regarding the parking system, particularly the QR code functionality, which many find frustrating and unreliable. Additionally, some users express dissatisfaction with recent fee changes, especially at Birmingham Airport, where previously free drop-off services now incur charges. Despite these criticisms, the overall sentiment remains positive, with a strong emphasis on the quality of customer support.
