Go elsewhere

I booked with them 19 days ago and they estimated pickup between the 8th-19th. Well today is the 22nd they have not reached out to me at all. I called three separate times now to get the same answer of "everything seems to be on track". Well clearly it's not and on top of this they seemed to be one of the more expensive shippers. I thought I was paying for a quality experience but I was wrong. Spend your money elsewhere.
