I am starting my review after the quote experience. Will update based on follow up and actual transport if I go with this carrier. I was not pleased with having a customer service rep who barely seemed to understand that I wanted to ship a motorcycle. That’s why I called a motorcycle transport company.

The quoting process was so easy!

Easy to book. Communication for time of delivery was spotty, our driver showed up late and was not very communicative. Would be willing to use again despite the interaction with the driver.

The reservation process and pick-up were easy and on time. I chose this company based on their tracking feature to see progress on the bike's travel to destination. That feature is largely useless, as I was only able to access any information once, the rest of the time it was being "updated" or it would not find my reservation number. At this moment, I have no idea where the bike is and can just hope it arrives sometime within the delivery window given. This could have been a much better experience but it fell to just average in my book.

Superior customer service from the first phone call. I have been in trucking for 30 years and these guys do it right. Professional, friendly and courteous from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Motorcycle Shippers. I booked the shipment on Sunday, they picked up on Wednesday and delivered the following Monday. All ahead of schedule. Thank you Ed and your whole crew for the great job.

This was my first time using motorcycle shippers and I was very happy with the service. They were upfront with their pricing and very clear about delivery dates. As a matter of fact they ended up delivering my bike a day earlier than expected which was awesome. Their customer service was responsive and dedicated. Danny Reyes walked me through all the details and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I will use Motorcycle Shippers in the future.

Motorcycle Shippers is somewhat pricier than other shippers but they make it easy to contract, track and ship the motorcycles.

Overall a fantastic experience! I had them ship a 2016 Zero SR from NJ to WA and while it did take a little longer than I expected to be picked up, they were on time and gave the seller no hassle which was important to me as a buyer. Bike was delivered on a well-built skid which gave it ample protection with the standard service, no damage was found. The price was in the higher and of my options, but the reputation sold it for me. Would recommend!

Motorcycle Shippers made the process of shipping a motorcycle from Colorado to Hawaii so easy! Their team had great communication and was able to provide me with every answer on what I though would have been a super complicated process. They were able to simplify it and provide excellent service throughout. I would recommend them to anyone.

My 2016 Harley was delivered yesterday in the Dallas area from Ohio. The good news is that it arrived without any dents, gouges, or scratches. However, someone along the way didn't turn off the bike's ignition/power switch and the batter was dead upon arrival. Even worse, someone who knew nothing about what they were doing tried to remove the primary seat (I'm assuming to get to the battery). In the process they lost and/or didn't replace the 2 heavy seat nuts. Instead they tried to cover it up by inserting a random flimsey nut out of someone's toolbox. Good thing that I was able to quickly figure out their screw-up and properly reassemble the seat before taking my first ride. Otherwise, this could have presented a huge safety risk. In light of what happened in transit, I can only conclude that the personnel involved were completely incompetent and had zero prior experience with transporting big Harleys across the country. I also discovered well after I placed my order (and paid) that Motorcycle Shippers is just a broker, a commissioned middle-man. Despite the fact that you see beautiful company branded trucks and equipment all over their website, they never lifted a finger to actually move my bike........they outsource everything and never bothered telling me until I finally figured it out on my own. Not once during the whole purchase and scheduling process did anyone inform me that other service providers would be handling my bike. I find this to be pretty dishonest/shady business practice............more transparency would be the right way to do it. Hard lesson learned, shame on me for not doing more homework on the front end. I won't be using Motorcycle Shippers in the future.

Motorcycle Shippers was as advertised. Service and communication was excellent. The tracking tool worked great. The bike was delivered in the expected condition and on the first day of the estimated delivery window. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The whole process was easy & efficient. The pick up & delivery were as scheduled (delivery was even 2 days early). Was able to track from Boca Raton, Fl. to Lubbock, Tx. Highly recommend !!

Just shipped a bike with them. I was impressed with how friendly/available the staff were to answer any questions, and with how quickly the bike was delivered (~5 days when the estimate was 15). Unfortunately, upon delivery the brand new bike did have sizeable scratches on both sides of the rear fender bars. I've submitted a claim, so depending on how easily that happens, I will update my rating of them.
