Well 1 STAR because there's no zero stars. Be aware of this Lebara scheme ; I dont have a contract i buy manually a bundle meaning im intittled to buy it when i want is not a contract is buying a service but im told by Lebara costumer service that automatically it will renew himself ????? Wait a second i dont have a monthly contract i buy a service manually that last 30 days but its me that choose when i want yo buy it . But gets even better one day BEFORE expiry my bundle Lebara automatically charge me the same bundle i bought previously without my permission . Meaning its FRAUD im being charged a service whithout being provided the service itself because didnt expire yet . How can this be possible ??? Again i dont have a contract !!!! Its a bundle there's no subscription or fix payments thats why you buy it when you want but still Lebara charge you like a monthly contract. Dont fall in this shit cancel Lebara payments in your bank app and only switch it on when YOU decide to buy the bundle not LEBARA charging you 24 hours in advance and without your authorization. Dont use the APP cancel erase it frpm your phone if you buy bundles they will take your money without your permission this is illegal AGAIN i buy a bundle not a monthly contract

I had switched to Lebara a year and a half ago and everything was smooth up till end of May 2025 when I noticed that my data was disappearing from fourth of June till fourth of July. I have spent on Lebara £75 just to add data so I was buying plans to have data. The best was that in four days time in three days time, sorry I’ve used 50 giga data. Is that possible? Lebara is coming the customer with the data and when I made a complaint they gave me five giga data back then all of a sudden that’s gone And on my account I’ve got extra 20 gig and after 2 1/2 weeks that I was waiting for someone to contact me they decide to contact me on Sunday 2 o’clock just before lunch with my family to tell me that I have to keep my mobile data off when I am on Wi-Fi They think they talking to a child even my children on TikTok they don’t use that much data they reinstalled some of my data back even though I explained that I need to travel and I need data on my phone. I haven’t been planning to change network but now definitely I’m leaving Lebar I’ve been with Vodafone with sky with EE with O2 never ever ever. I use more than 30 GB per month of data. I always have spare data in the end and Laura 50 GB the disappearing in three days what is your secret? Lara? Tell it to the customers guys go away don’t go near

Scam asking for details and then hanging up when given

i bought a lebara recharge and impossible to activate it after i gave all my details on the phone the network suddenly stops. I tried to contact lebara in all the way possible (phone, email, chat from laptop, chat from app but impossible to get a reply from them.

Sim swap by scammers just asking for…

Sim swap by scammers just asking for pac code, no proper i.d. Failure on lebara security, I should need to authorise. They said extra security put in place, but happened again. UNBELEIVABLE And lebara if you want to contact me don't call my number it is still with the scammers. OK on Day 3 still waiting for lebara to return my number,multiple checks to ensure my i.d. when asking for details where was that security on the number porting. Yesterday told the team would contact me in a couple of hours.. Nothing..contacted today by chat told 48 to 72 hours. TERRIBLE SECURITY AND SERVICE............................................................ Day 9 still no return of my number. No contact from lebara for days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. DON'T USE.

Dårlig oplevelse

Dårlig oplevelse Brugt Lebara over 10år. var tilfreds nok. Fra Jan.2023 kan jeg pludselig ikke logge ind mere. Der kontakt dem frem og tilbage ikke under 20gange, hver gange så snakkede jeg med en ny og skulle fortælle mit problem hele forfra. Jeg blev bare kørte rundt med deres vejledning gange mange og det samme, det samme, og det hjalp intet, til sidst slettede de min konto og bad mig at oprette en ny. De sagde det hver gange jeg ringede Det kunne jeg hele ikke, så måtte jeg opgive, og en måned tid kunne ikke ringe/sms/net selvom har betalt for måned abonnement D.5/4 prøvede jeg at oprette ny på computer og det kunne jeg godt. Det fandt jeg ud af at man ikke kan logge ind på tlf. længere. Hold da kæft Hvor meget jeg brugt energi og tid på det, hvor er uprofessionelt medarbejde

Decided to change our phone supplier to Lebara. Submitted the pac number so I could keep my original number. This was accepted and Porting day came and went.5 days later I have no service whatsoever. I’ve used chat room 3 times and been told.Give it time..

I bought a Lebara SIM to use in my TP…

I bought a Lebara SIM to use in my TP Portable Router. Despite topping up my account at the end of every 28 day period, (and following their complicated instructions) it is impossible to activate data or voice. A complete waste of money. Avoid Lebara.

Lebara phone network packed up completely.

7th posting on Lebara over past 2 weeks. I transferred my phone network from 02 to Lebara wef 14.3.23. I haven't been able to receive calls since this date, and now I can't make calls either. I suspect Lebara are deliberately blocking calls to stop me from phoning them daily. John Paul Patten, fyi your team haven't phoned on my landline as promised, so no communication from them. I rue the day I changed from 02.

Unfortunately no option to rate no stars. the best I can say of them was that the person I spoke to was polite, Have had a lebara sim for a while as a back up but not needed to use it, so have not made a note of the number. Decided it was time to save money and rang to cancel. was told that as I did not know my number 'how can we do this?' I suggested they might trace my account through my name, dob, email number and address, I might even try to remember/ guess my password, but no 'I'm afraid that is not possible without knowing your sim number' even though they email me each month saying my payment is due!! Totally ridiculous.

Umuligt at flytte sit nummer til anden… Umuligt at flytte sit nummer til anden udbyder. Da jeg har brug for 5G skal jeg flytte mit nummer, dette er åbenbart en umulig opgave, da Lebara oplyser til ny teleoperatør, at nummeret er opsagt og inaktiv. Pudsigt nok kan jeg ringe og sms'e til alle, og Lebara vil endda tanke op i April🤔🤔😡😡 OPDATERING 17/03/23 Lebara kontaktede mig efterfølgende og fortalte der havde været en fejl i systemet, men at det nu virkede og ny operatør kunne ansøge om nummerportering igen - jeg kontakter derfor ny operatør med det samme(17/03) og be'r dem om at søge om portering det gen. I dag(18/02) får jeg så en mail, at YouSee forgæves har søgt nummerportering da nummeret er opsagt(hvilket det selvfølgelig ikke er) - jeg kan desværre ikke gi færre stjerner, men jeg kan da bruge de sociale medieplatforme til at informere om Lebaras manglende evne til noget så simpelt. OPDATERING NR 2. (20/03/23): Kontaktede i dag Lebaras kundeservice - fejlen ligger stadig hos dem, men medarbejder mener at jeg lige skal forstå noget😡 - de har ingen saglig argumentation for hvorfor mit nummer ikke er flyttet. Medarbejderen taler med sin chef(burde være en leder) uden at vi kommer løsningen nærmere. Nu har jeg bedt dem om at kontakte YouSee nummerportering i dag, for jeg vil ikke, at både YouSee og jeg skal stå til grin igen. -5 stjerner herfra😡 undrer mig over, at Lebara har så gode anmeldelser OPDATERING NR. 3 (21/03/23): Det se ud til, at der hos Lebara findes en kundeservicemedarbejder som ved hvad kundeservice betyder(søg job hos YouSee, der er du i godt selskab) - vedkommende kunne godt se fejlen(åbenbart AI - robot som fuckede det op), i hvert fald gik vedkommende ind og overrulerede 'roboten' og 10 minutter senere fik jeg sms fra YouSee at nummeret var flyttet - miraklernes tid er ikke forbi.

AVOID LEBARA AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Absolutely nothing has gone right since I tried to port my number to Lebara. The number was originally ported across from Vodafone on 22 December 2022 but last week (Friday 10 February 2023) I discovered that I was being charged by Lebara and Vodafone as Vodafone said the porting had not been done by Lebara, even though my correct number was showing on my Lebara account. So far it has taken a week and probably in excess of 15 calls to Lebara and about 12 calls to Vodafone to try to sort out the mess but it has still not been sorted. I got an email on Wednesday morning saying the service had ported successfully and I was actually able to use the ported number on the Lebara network for a few hours before I got a message saying "emergency calls only". After another couple of calls to Lebara (and a call to Vodafone who confirmed the number had successfully ported from them) my phone started working again yesterday late morning and it was still working this morning but then, suddenly, it's gone on the blink again and is saying "emergency calls only". Yet another call to a poorly trained call centre person at Lebara and still no result. Lebara's customer service is absolutely appalling. Poorly trained staff who will not transfer the call to someone who can resolve the issues. They keep telling me my phones must be locked yet both my phones were bought SIM free unlocked and I have NEVER had a phone that was locked to a network. I am now waiting fro a call back from a manager but, after 5 days of the most incredible frustration, I have no faith in Lebara whatsoever. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING CHANGING TO LEBARA, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! They are not fit for purpose in any shape or form. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE!!!!
