Dire I have wasted over two hours…

Just passed my one year contract with them as well. I have wasted over two hours today downloading a class video- twice and not been able to complete the download! Am well within my data allowance, my bill is paid yet their connection is appalling! Bring it up with a rep and there is the usual run about of excuses, the best was a Lebara rep gritting his teeth and telling me they could not provide perfect service 24/7 inferring my expectations are too high. (Ever since Vodafone announced their merging with 3 Lebara's service has deteriorated to dire. Lebara can't sustain 4G connection and keeps dropping to H+.) Phone calls out suffer from so much static it is pointless using my smartphone for any important business conversations or even make doctor appointments. Customer service is usually pleasant but ineffectual in the longterm come resolving problems which is like putting a chocolate kettle on a hot stove to boil water. Avoid.
