Best Value Mobile Service Provider
Mint crushes the competition for best value, best customer service, and excellent cell service. No other mobile service provider comes close to what Mint provides.

Mint is a quality service provider at a reasonable price. It also offers some excellent phone deals. What's not to like about that?!

When they sell you, everything sounds great. I wish I had seen these previous reviews first. On 7/29, Mint Mobile charged my card $802.94. This was to cover a Samsung S25 and a year of service. As I a... See more

Mint has great prices and great phone service. BUT because I didn't activate my SIM card within a 45-day window (that is only mentioned in the fine print — the SIM card itself indicates that it can activated until 2027), the card was invalidated. Mint would NOT send me a replacement charge without purchasing another one.
What I love the most is the affordability, please never change this 🖤
Es muy mala la señal de mi móvil ayer en dumas Texas no teníamos internet
Service is very good and reliable, app is excellent and I love the new multi-national options!
Mint's prices are seriously the best I've found for the same coverage I was getting from Xfinity. The app is easy to use and my interactions with Customer Service when I transferred my existing phone number were excellent. I recommend Mint to all my friends and family.
Great, not feeling tied down. Lots of freedom, clear terms and easy plan update.
Mint customer reps are always super helpful and friendly.
The customer service is great, the actual cellular service is not. This is true in Southern Vermont.
The company keeps their prices low and they're very honest about how many gigabytes you have been using. I know you're using too much or too little. And they save you money.
Love to be able to save money
Once the 5gb data is done, speeds drops drastically! To a point where loading google maps also takes forever and usually doesn’t even load.
Amazing price, very approachable
Prepaid for a phone and a year service. Also paid for overnight shipping. Almost a week later, still no tracking. The customer service team is definitely not in America. This has got to be the worst option available. If they are this bad before service even begins, I can imagine how awful cell problems are. Go anywhere else, they are terrible!
Mint is fine until you have ANY kind of issue. Their customer service reps also pose as technical support... and they are not really useful at the customer service piece... you can only imagine how awesome they are at technical needs. I have had no coverage anywhere (SOS mode) for 8 days and every call to customer service gets me a 3 ring binder bobblehead. They have zero ability to provide tech support and it is like groundhog day... they don't maintain any notes or continuity from call to call. When you reach the point where you have not been able to make/receive calls for over a week, they are very very knowledgeable about their go-to-hell no refund for unused but paid service. "enjoy our non-service because you are paying for it regardless." Oh, but is all ok, because "we understand and we are very sorry". Thanks Ryan... your company management skills matches your acting skills
Yes the company is doing great
Lets be honest...Trash sevice...Our family uses ATT prepaid. Perfect service for 2 years. Love them!
It's really hard to understand how anything could be as screwed up as this "process" to purchase an eSIM and mobile/data plan as the past 3-days I've spent with Mint Mobile. The sales person was very good. But the delivery process has been nothing short of horrible. I am cancelling everything. Let's see if/when their alleged 7-day refund guarantee actually comes through. This is what Ryan Reynolds thought was a good company to invest in - then sell to T Mobile...? He is happy, customers not so much.
Just don't do it. Don't talk to customer service if you don't have to. From the start this has been the worst experience of poor customer service in my entire life. While on the phone with a sales associate on 3/27/2025, they overrode the online order with the type of iPhone I ordered and when I brought this to their attention, THEY LIED and said the iPhone I wanted was not available there was a website error. I was disappointed but just accepted what they said even though there was an immediate red flag. After reviewing the email confirmation, I noticed the shipping address was COMPLETELY wrong and they had overrode my online entry. I immediately called and tried to cancel the first order over the phone after reviewing the email confirmation and to avoid having it shipped to the wrong address. They said they couldn't do that even though the package was still in their possession. After that, they issued a FedEx number via email and I called again to request they contact FedEX to stop or reroute the shipment back to themselves. Cust Svc told ME to call FedEx to do that. I called FedEx and of course they couldn't do that per my request because I wasn't the shipper. I called Mint AGAIN and was told I had to place a new order and once they received the original misaddressed shipment they would then refund me. Now mind you, there were 2 phones in that order and now I have over $5,000 tied up in purchases with Mint Mobile now that there were 2 active orders. I received the online order I made WITHOUT customer service assistance without issue. The next day, I was fortunate our post office received the original package order that I cancelled and needed to return. Now I am at the point to activate my 2 new phones. My Google phone activated no problem. My iPhone could not activate due to "Phone Not Allowed" with the Mint Network. On day 1, the Mint rep tried to activate me via 5 different eSims, each time doing a hard reset on the phone. The phone would not connect to their Network. On day 2, the Mint Rep repeated the same robotic simple troubleshooting and said they would have to open a ticket with their Network department. The next day, the Network department said the phone was blocked due to fraud because they were the only department that could see this in their system BUT a new ticket would have to be routed to remove the fraud because they could not do that. The next day the tech support rep said it was an Apple issue. I am now on day 4. I spoke with Apple Care and they verified there is NOTHING wrong with the iPhone to keep it from connecting to the Mint Network EXCEPT for MINT MOBILE. Sales, Service, Tech Support etc. failed to take proper notes and JUST kept opening a slew of new tickets to pass responsibility onto a different rep or department. I have been hung up on 4 times without a resolution I now have a VERY EXPENSIVE phone that can't get activated due to the ABSOLUTE GROSS INCOMPETENCE of the Mint Mobile Customer Care system. The next solution they offered was to send BOTH phones back despite the Google phone working perfectly. I said absolutely NOT. The BEST they could do after charging my credit card 5 times for THEIR errors is that I send my purchased iPhone back and then place a NEW order. Guess what?!?!? THEY don't have iPhones available to purchase now. WHAT A JOKE!!! This is the worst run company full of incompetent customer service I have ever experienced.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Called 6 times yesterday and all they do is go over a troubleshooting script over and over which none solves the problem. Then they say they will escalate the problem and someone will call you 4 hours later. That person called and starts going through same steps that I already did with the last 5 reps which did not work. He insists I try one more time with him Told him NO. Then he said he will email new ESIM card by end of day. Did I get an email with that ESIM card?....NOPE. I got zero emails from Mint. On top of that, the call center is sourced out to another country and you can barely understand what they are saying. Horrible!!! Getting rid of them.
