Mint is a quality service provider at a reasonable price. It also offers some excellent phone deals. What's not to like about that?!

When they sell you, everything sounds great. I wish I had seen these previous reviews first. On 7/29, Mint Mobile charged my card $802.94. This was to cover a Samsung S25 and a year of service. As I a... See more

It has what I need at an affordable price. There are a bit places that don't have signal, but that doesn't bother me. Still affordable.
Easy; affordable; good communication; good coverage! Oh- and did I say affordable?! (Worth repeatng!)
I really like the flexibility mint offers as a phone plan. It’s easier for me to budget for the month when I only have to worry about my phone bill four times a year. The service is pretty good and I have coverage everywhere I need it.
Good value for the money. We always seem to need some customer assistance when porting a digital sim number but beyond that everything works well.
Mint mobile has made paying my phone bill much easier and being able to pay 3 months at a time at a cheap rate is always a win in my book
Mint mobile has saved my family nearly $1000 dollars in 6 months of service
Mint Mobile customer service sucks. I think they are told to tell the customer what they think the customer wants to hear, which often is bullshit or lies. Mint mobile is cheap but I've had enough lies and am looking for another service.
I’ve tried for a year to resolve my problems but no help still!!! It all started when I needed 1extra G .. next thing you know I’m on a 15 G plan !!! Never needed nor wanted… it’s more expensive and I can’t afford it !!!! Since i realized i was still on the plan I’d call monthly was told I’d be back to 5 G next month !!! It’s never happened plus I’m being charged since September 68.36 plus 52.36x2 September October and December…. I’ve called but then they charged me for an activation fee when clearly I didn’t disconnect!!!! It’s crazy how they constantly blame me it’s not understandable!!! I’m on a tight budget so this is a huge problem n I’m not sure why nobody will help me !!!
Terrible customer service - they can't resolve issues at all - was on the phone for multiple hours and could not transfer my line - go elsewhere - would not recommend this to anyone
Worst company ever. I never get service anywhere. Yeah it's cheap but you're gonna get exactly what you pay for, extremely cheap service. I've had it for five months, I bought it for a year, and of course they won't refund any of my money back. So basically you're paying for something that doesn't work in they're just keeping your money.
Easy access to account…and affordable

Prepaid for 3 lines for 1 year. Halfway through the year I had to cancel one line because the family member using that line died. Called customer service and got the standard answer that they can't refund or credit me for remaining service because that is "their policy". Nice. I'll be going elsewhere when my year is up. After the above review I received a canned response providing me with the same 800 number I used for my original call with the company. How will calling the 800 line or using live chat change the answer I previously received? THIS is lousy customer service.
The gentleman took me step by step and got my phone working/
I think the service plan is pretty good, and customer service is helpful,
The service is great and you can't beat the price.
Affordable. Great connection. Good coverage.
Set up what I thought was a family account and it ended up being three separate accounts—one for my minor child. Service was intermittent in city areas and virtually non existent in our neighborhood even though the map said we would get excellent coverage. We could not make calls, calls would drop, and texts would not go through. Customer service is somewhere in another country and if you get to a human, they will just want to upsell you/lie to you about using same towers of T-Mobile. This may be true but you are deprioritized/throttled. The most ridiculous thing was no actual account number. To transfer your phone number to another service provider, you have to get a chat bot or call customer service for a generated account number.
I payed for a year up front ( i know my fault). The first 2 months it worked great, until i went a couple states over for 4 days and came back. It hasn't worked well since. It will work when I'm out an about but as soon as i get back home it forgets how to work (weirdest thing ever). I can not receive phone calls or text at home with any certainty, you can imagine this causes issues with work. This is weather I'm on or off WiFi. 20+ calls to customer service at around 30 mins each. So many resets ( towers, my phone, etc). I went ahead purchased the physical copy of my SIM card to see if that worked and it didn't. Reset, turning the phone off and on, restart, turn airplane mode off and on, pull the sim card out and wait 10 mins. Nothing works for long, sometimes it doesn't work at all sometimes it will work for 15 mins or if I'm lucky an hour and then i get to start the loop over. I feel like i am playing the game the Outer Wilds and i am in some weird loop. So i have no idea where to go from here other than to drop a bad review because even though customer service is always nice and polite and they try to help they have not fixed the issue or even identified it. To my chagrin
