Easy to renew phone service.

You customer service sucks! Gave me the incorrect information on my cellular use and suggested I downgrade since I had very low usage! Well it turns out she was wrong not a week into my 3 months one of my lines has already used up its minutes. Now I have to call and wait to speak to a customer rep somewhere on the other side of the globe, thanks a lot!

We appreciated the concern you had for everyone during and after Hurricane Milton. The 50 extra GB came in handy since our internet WiFi was out almost 2 weeks. It enabled us to help our friends and neighbors to use our phones to communicate with concerned family members due to their phones were out! Glad we can count on you! We did tell our friends and neighbors, they should hook up with Mint!

Horrible service sucks

Switching to Mint was one of the best financial decisions I have ever made. I pay 1/3 of what I was paying before, and the service is excellent and easy to use. I wish I would have switched sooner, and I would encourage anyone thinking about switching to go for it.

Low charges , best services

Cheap but data not available in many places. For whatever reason data doesn't work very often at least in our area. Sometimes calls/text also doesn't work. It seems like call/text are very much dependent on data. Thats not good.

Honestly I love mint, my service (at least where I live) is actually a bit better than when I was on vzw. 5g Is more consistent. The price is not a lie, there aren't hidden wrap ins that you'll need to haggle off, there arent exorbitant fees they'll try to slack off on you. Not to mention, it took less than 5 minutes to sign up, and less than 5 minutes to set up my sim and account login - kept my number and all my texts too! (Worth noting, ironically the hard part of the switch was actually verizon, moving too slowly to recognize the device payoff by the time mint had gotten the sim to my house). Autopay comes with several warnings, you can store as many cards as you need/want, and honestly the app is so much easier to navigate and control to your liking compared to vzw. I know all this is a book, but I truly appreciate the opportunity to lower my monthly bill expenses by 101 f***ing dollars (yes, with my payment plan and bs wrap ins i didn't even ask for i was paying 116 bucks a month) WITHOUT a decrease in service or hotspot speeds
