I was double billed for no reason
I was double billed for no reason, only that my bank notified you that my card number was changing. It was difficult finding someone in customer service and I was hung up on 4 times.

Mint is a quality service provider at a reasonable price. It also offers some excellent phone deals. What's not to like about that?!

When they sell you, everything sounds great. I wish I had seen these previous reviews first. On 7/29, Mint Mobile charged my card $802.94. This was to cover a Samsung S25 and a year of service. As I a... See more

Cell service is not very good. Calls do not come through and Internet is very slow loading.
Nice service and customer service also
The price is great. Service is great. It is just that weird things happen that never did before like different accounts not recognizing that this is my phone.
The only complaint I have had this first year is sometimes it is hard to reach customer service. I do not want to email or text. I want a human. I am paying less for a year than I was paying Verizon a month! Can’t beat this for comparable services
This is not a bad phone but have had issues with receiving calls. It's been doing good lately.
The price is great. Coverage decent. But they said they would never throttle/slow us down. Yet a few nights ago I get the message they were doing that to me. Bad bad lying liars!
I can't call,
10/10! I’ve been with Mint for 1.5 years in the Austin, Tx area.
Lived in an area that had horrible service for all carriers. Found out that Tmobile worked ok so I switched to Mint which uses Tmobile towers and have never looked back. I work from home so I do not need unlimited data and the affordable prices are a life saver.
Poor service connection especially when playing on tube with wifi.
Great Very happy with this service
I love the versatility of this company, the customer service staff is great very warm and always trying to help you. The International passes work great aswell. And everything at a really affordable price
Very easy and cheap and very fast response
Best service
I referred a friend to Mint Mobile using the official referral link provided via email. She clicked the link and purchased a plan, but I never received credit for the referral. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the link “wasn’t clicked properly.” My friend confirmed she used the link I sent her, and she even followed up with Mint herself to explain what happened. Despite this, Mint refused to honor the referral credit. Most reputable companies would make things right in a situation like this—especially when it’s clear that the referral led to a new customer. Mint Mobile, however, claimed they were powerless to fix the issue, even if their own system failed. That’s not how you build customer trust. As a result, neither of us will be referring anyone to Mint Mobile in the future. That’s business they’ve lost—not just from us, but from anyone we might have recommended the service to. After speaking with customer service again, they’re still insisting that the referral link wasn’t successfully clicked. However, my friend showed me the exact link she used—the same one I sent her—so I know she followed the correct process. It’s frustrating that Mint Mobile won’t acknowledge this, even with clear evidence on our end.
Voice mail only works occasionally, calls sometimes don't ring, text sometimes don't send or receive, customer service leaves my phone working worse each time and hangs up on me because they don't know how to use their phones. Just saying, I'll be leaving Mint.
After Mint's introductory offer of $15 a month for the first year, I've been on their unlimited service at $30 a month -- though you do have to pay a year in advance to get that rate. It is still quite a deal as I pay per year what many pay for less than four months. My renewal is next month. And I plan to stay with Mint.
I signed up for mid mobile a month and a half ago so I was told he had roaming in Canada in Mexico. Well that’s not true and I found that out by mistake. I didn’t read the fine print. I just took the word customer service so after finding that out, I purchased a 30 day pass for international it didn’t work so I purchased an international pass. They tell me you can’t have two passes operating at once so they deleted the 30 day pass and apply the international which only worked two days had a balance of 300 minutes. I was disconnected from my service had to buy international pass from Telcel in mexico then Belize I have to buy another one contacted customer service. I was hung up twice and denied supervisor until I insisted finally gave me one with no help. They could not answer simple questions just so you know they’re outsourced to the Philippines, which you know most of the time their English very limited meaning they’re pronunciation of the language is very difficult to comprehend trying to resolve the issue. they eliminated the fact that I bought these international passes and after I told them that I didn’t have any connection to my service provider and that I purchased these passes international passes abroad their response was give them more money which I told them I had 300 minutes remaining on my pass for you deleted so I told them no way I’m not giving you any money. You have poor customer service you hung up on me twice and your supervisors are really equipped to answer. Simple questions I would say with all certainty don’t waste your money with mint mobile it’s really awful especially when you’re abroad and you’re lying on your phone as much as we do these days they don’t care didn’t care I caution you it is not a good experience. I’m actually still abroad. I wanna share my experience with everyone.
