Screwed up eSIM installation

It's really hard to understand how anything could be as screwed up as this "process" to purchase an eSIM and mobile/data plan as the past 3-days I've spent with Mint Mobile. The sales person was very good. But the delivery process has been nothing short of horrible. I am cancelling everything. Let's see if/when their alleged 7-day refund guarantee actually comes through. This is what Ryan Reynolds thought was a good company to invest in - then sell to T Mobile...? He is happy, customers not so much.

Meta - how to solve a problem-loop to log-in?

Meta needs to have secondary option to send/receive a verification code to a user for their Instagram accounts. Last week during a website upgrade we lost access to all of our email addresses. Now I am travelling and Meta "detects suspicious activity" on the log-in from another country and requires a verification code be entered. It is sent to the email address on the account, which I can no longer access - nor can I update it in the account because I cannot get into Instagram.
