shop Michaels Brentwood CA store today, bought large size Strath watercolor 140 lbs pad, Grumbacher watercolor paint set, few small accessories, I received helps from 2 store staffs, both professional and friendly, I got what I came for, luckily I was also able to applied a 25% coupon for regular price items, my check out was easy & quick, recommended Michaels.

I was shopping at store #5039 for a children's Halloween craft project kit today and they were out of the one I wanted. I asked Tara if I could purchase the display sample and she gave it to me at no cost. My grandson will love it! Tara, you are wonderful!

I just want to thank Angela at store # 9068 for going above and beyond for me this evening. I was in a rush and arrived to the store fifteen minutes before closing and in a panic because my daughter informed me thirty minutes before she needed a list of supplies for the very next morning. I rushed in and there was Angela restocking items and I went up to her and showed her the list and she was so nice and immediately went to work on helping me find every item on the list just in time before the store closed. Thank you so much Angela. I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to help with no questions asked. True customer service!!!!!

I ordered online over a month ago and have no received my items. I contact customer service 3 times and no one has resolved the issue they keep telling me my items will ship the next day or I'll get an email within 24 hours updating me on the status and then nothing ever happens. I waited on hold for almost 2 hours while a customer service agent said he was trying to process a refund and then disconnected the line. I am very frustrated with my online purchasing experience and lack of any help or resolution from their customer service department!

They love to take your money for items they say they have but dont then dont want to return your money in a timely mannor. You will wait weeks for money they take only seconds after you send order in!! Discusting company!!

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve been shopping at Michaels in Gilroy Ca for the past few months. I was looking to improve my Cricut collection and was clueless, the staff was very helpful and informative. I greeted me immediately. I definitely felt welcomed and will continue shopping there

I’ve never had a bad experience at Michaels, but I wish the location closest to me was one of the bigger ones. I can generally find whatever I need or at least something comparable, but due to the small size I find things tend to sell out quickly. Staff is always great! Lines are always long but move pretty quickly. I’m personally Not a fan of online pick ups as I like to see things in person and the website could use some serious work. Pulling up something as simple as a coupon is tedious. Overall I really do love shopping At Michaels!

I Finally checked out the new Michael’s in Culpeper, and the staff greeted me as soon as I stepped foot in the door! When I checked out there was a girl named Destiny and one other girl... I did not get her name but she has very blue hair and they are a very funny and friendly duo I almost didn’t want to leave!!! I’ll definitely be going back.

absolutely no customer service at all. puts the blame and inconvenience on the customer. will never shop there ever again. also last time i was in store one of the employees was loudly complaining to another employee about some of the other employees using the foulest language i have ever heard. not professional at all.

I went to Michaels after a long, long time, searching for paintings for a personal project. I was amazed for the variety of items and how easy was to find what I needed. Then, when I went to pay them, the cashier was helpful and nice... It was a good day! Thank you! Michaels ☺️

We purchased a Lemax item from Michael's online store. Item came broken. We called customer service which was in the Philippines. The woman on the phone said we have to contact Lemax even though we bought the item from Michael's. Why on earth would we have to contact Lemax? If bought a bag of apples that had worms in them I don't return the apples to the farm, I return them to the store! Michael's owes me! Never shopping Michael's again. Hobby Lobby is around the corner.

I live in a small town far from a Michael's store, so have been making purchases and/or returns via phone or through their website. I have never dealt with a company more pleasing and friendly than Michael's. I have had to return something twice now, due to not needing the item anymore. Talking with the individuals over the phone was amazing! I didn't know that kind of customer service still existed. Thank you, Michaels!

Michaels a 6th avenue manhattan, Chelsea. NYC has very nice employees. I have always experienced great customer service. This time i was helped by a girl name Liz. A wonderful cashier with a great personality an very much patience. She went above amd beyond to help me. If it helps this is the trace reference on my receipt: 003887260

I placed an on line order with store pick up. I drove 30 mins to the store, got my item and went home. When I opened it (cake decorating supplies) it was visibly broken!! I called and was told that since I picked it up I'd need a supervisor to help me replace it. I sat on hold 15 mins, hung up, called again. Sat on hold a second time. Then gave up. This is not good customer service.

Placed an order for some Halloween decor two of my items were sent back and I was missing two items from an order, very displeased with how they run their online orders. I will be refunded and will no longer be ordering from Michaels. Sad!

What a sorry customer service company. Not being able to stop an order within 5 minutes of placing that order is sorry sorry sorry. Great customer NO! service.

I went to michaels to buy a rolling storage cart to hold my supplies to make nails. The store only had 3 employees working and there were more than 3 customers who needed help, including me. So we all had to wait longer for help. Then my item I bought came out of the box w/ 2 broken drawers! I'm not sure how to get replacement drawers. Im very disappointed. Plus none of the coupons I had were eligible for my purchase (of course 🙄)

I had one of the worst experiences talking to a rep over the phone and all I needed was to change my email and create a new account. And the rep she still could not help . I was on the phone for a long period of time trying to get some help and still did not get any help to get in my account right leave in the phone conversation with nothing done. I was so disappointed because out of all the places that I have created an account with I never had to go through this kind of problem just download the app and become a member.

I was shocked at the prices! 9' Christmas garland...$80! Not even good quality. Everything was way overpriced. Won't be going back.

The Supervisor travis was so nice and helpful He answered all my questions and he gave me all the details I needed . Thank you
