I ordered online over a month ago and…
I ordered online over a month ago and have no received my items. I contact customer service 3 times and no one has resolved the issue they keep telling me my items will ship the next day or I'll get an email within 24 hours updating me on the status and then nothing ever happens. I waited on hold for almost 2 hours while a customer service agent said he was trying to process a refund and then disconnected the line. I am very frustrated with my online purchasing experience and lack of any help or resolution from their customer service department!
