Cancelled items + same day delivery = total rip-off
This is the absolute worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. I placed an online order, and paid for the same-day delivery, since I needed my items immediately. Unknown to me, half of my order was cancelled. Did they contact me? Maybe a call or a text? No. Instead, they sent me half of what I needed, charged me $10 for the delivery, and only told me that I got a partial order AFTER it was delivered. That notice was sent via email! Customer service was useless. The chatbot can be prompted to get a real human, but you'll find that they are useless won't offer solutions. The agent who I talked to was not helpful and ended the chat without any resolution. Total joke! If you're considering shopping at Michael's and are counting on them to come through for you in a pinch - think again. They will not. They will leave you high and dry and won't even bother to tell you. If you need craft supplies - find your local shop. I've spent my last dollar at this store. Never again. Buyer beware.
