Michaels customer service in rock hill SC are awesome. Caitlyn and hollis are so sweet and very helpful!! I could not find one item I was looking for, Caitlyn dropped what she was doing and walked me right to it. Not many stores do that anymore. Will definitely be recommending Michaels and the rock hill location!!

I ordered Krylon. Michael's had the best non-amazon price. They confirmed the order quickly, but then didn't let me know it had shipped til the day before the package arrived, 7 days later. Even their website showed the order was still being processed til the day before, though it had shipped 6 days earlier. The krylon was packaged securely. I'd order from Michael's again, even with their funky communication.

Went to the store on Alpine in Grand Rapids for framing. Miriam and her staff were cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. Miriam offered suggestions that were much better than what I had in mind. She also gave me almost 70% off the final price finding various discounts for me. The final products blew me away. Their framing was curator quality. The pictures I provided are now indeed works of art. I can reccomend their work highly. Steve Moleski

Erika in Custom Framing at the Bellevue Crossroads store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a very large oil that needed to be stretched and framed, five Asian silk paintings that needed mats and frames and three Italian prints from the 1940s that needed frames. She has a good eye for color and composition. Michael’s frame selection was limited in that many frames still on the wall had been discontinued which was disappointing. Erika was able to stack two frames together to give us the look we wanted. I would have liked something more ornate but it wasn’t available. I was given an estimate of over $2,000 to stretch and frame the oil at a local framing shop. Michael’s/Aaron Bros quoted me less than 1/2 that amount using a coupon. I have used the frame shop in the past and was pleased with the results. I will use them again in the future.

Jackie on Regent went truly above and beyond when assisting us. She was extremely helpful and very friendly whenever we had any questions. Having her on your staff was the best decision Michaels has made.

Nadia is a definite asset to your store. She was friendly and willing to help. Most the times i go people don't care to help but nadia was amazing. Thank you so much. Great experience.

When I was checking out at Michael’s today, my cashier Sammy was an absolute sweetheart. I watched as she smiled, and asked people how their were doing. Sammy gave assistance and directions to an elderly couple, and I was utterly amazed at her sweet and genuine hospitality.

I hope this is the right place to comment about employees at Michaels. I shop at the Amherst store in New Hampshire. The employee at the register was so very helpful and super patient. And I could tell he was smiling behind his mask. A super sweet kid. His name is Colby and is at store #8762 Please let him know I thought he deserves many kudos.

I placed an online order paid $30 extra for second day shipping. I called on the third day to inquire about my order because I have not received it on the second day. I was told to call back the next day and give it one extra day. On day four I called back to inquire and I was hung up on when she did not have an answer for me. I was polite the entire time, but when I ask for a refund on my $30 shipping that’s what I was hung up on. Today is day five and I still do not have my item.

I shopped at Albany, Georgia store May 8, 2021. The cashier, Jordan, was a very professional and helpful young man. Great customer service!!!

I purchased multiple yarns on 5/8/21 for projects. One particular yarn, Craft Smart Tweed had all the labels glued to the skeins. (I purchased 3 of this) So far, I have had to cut off 30 feet(not inches) to have nice yarn on the first skein and still within that skein there is another glued area I will have to cut out about the same amount when I get to it. I live 35 miles away from a Michaels so it is not like I could run back to the store for exchanges. This yarn is for project orders. Yarn lot 2258, color VD101 Cream, barcode 191518233483, 5 oz Value Tweed. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

The store manager Vern is all about customer service. He always knows where to find anything I need, and is so helpful if I am unsure about what to use with my current project. This gentleman provides a quality of service I have not seen in many years.

My order at St. Catharines Michael's was incomplete. They won't credit me for the item and I don't want to drive another 30km to pick it up.

We had the BEST experience at the Gainesville VA Michael’s store! The manager Moody was so very helpful and nice! Taylor was so friendly checking us out and Ashlynn helped us out as well. The store was so clean and organized and Moody even helped us out everything in our car! We will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you Moody, Ashlynn and Taylor!
