I purchased a smart watch from Michaels. It came in a timely manner. I did not like the watch as it does not do what they advertise. I didnt want it so i contacted them by email. They replied on my 2nd message.The lady explained there is NO returns if you arent satisfied. I am stuck with it and out all that money. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Yet another Michaels that I love!!

Recently I had gone into a Michaels store that I don’t usually frequent and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were a lot more items on the shelves than the Michaels store that I usually go to. The clearance and sale section was a lot larger, all of the items were organized better, and there were a lot more team members on the floor to help look for things if I couldn’t find it. Also I had no idea that Michael’s does grab bags so I grabbed one and it was a lot of fun unwrapping items that I had no idea that were in there! A fun little surprise for somebody approaching 30 :)

Cashier's and staff are super…

Cashier's and staff are super unhelpful, the store lacks stock of canvas consistently, badgered by an associate for not earrings a mask after the restriction was lifted in our town. Consistently unhappy staff who do NOT want to help not do they appear to want to work. Rude and condescending. What a creative store store to have such horrible people working. Go to Joann's across the parking lot.

My concern is that in today's Covid…

My concern is that in today's Covid environment the keypad is not being cleaned due to the moisture on the cloth. Corporate is more concerned about saving money than the consumers health. I'm sure there are alternatives to keep the machine from being ruined after cleaning. For example investment in a clear durable plastic to go over the key pad thai can be wiped down after each customer. That will show that MICHAELS care about their customers. IJS. Never use their delivery service

Never use their delivery service! I ordered $122 in toho and muyki beads. Half of which was in-store and the other half needed to be shipped. The to home from store delivery fee is $9.95 for same day. So after they get my order ready they sent an email. In my order they changed my delivery fee to $11.00 because they said it was under $100. No where on the website for Michael's does it give a varying price for delivery. It literally says $9.95 same day. Second my total order was $122.00 not under $100. There was also a sale on the beads if you buy 50 or more you get 60% off( I bought 53 tubes!) That made the $3.19 bead tubes $1.28 which is what i initially paid but they decided to change that as well to $1.41 a tube. My order was made and paid for as a whole but, they decided since half HAD to be delivered due to it not being available in store that they could sneak more $ off my card without me noticing and change the sale and delivery pricing. WRONG I don't care if its pennies or a dollar you don't have permission to try and charge my card again for more money after I already paid in full! Watch out for their shady business practices or they'll rip you off!!!

No help for receipts for last year with rewards account number.

While the store itself is not that bad, asked for a summary of the receipts from there, they sent me several times those from other people. First I've got the the ones from someone with the same family name, but otherwise not even someone I am related to and then they totally mixed up my reward account number with my credit card number. After writing, again, to them, they insisted, that is all they find. Which was simply not the case.

Micheals in Warner Robins, GA

Today I visited the Warner Robins, GA location on Watson Blvd. I went in for a strand of beads. There has been many times I have visited this location and honestly I despise going because there is ALWAYS only one person checking out and being a veteran supervisor in retail customer service, I know this is not fair to the waiting customers, nor the employee. This has happened on more than one occasion. Today there was an employee recovering the strong bead aisle. I went to check out and of coarse a line with 5 people waiting. I went back to the employee on the floor hanging beads and asked was she checking out, her response was "no I don't have a register". I saw another employee two aisle back(The Store Manager Trish)and asked her was she checking out. She said no Conner is up there, and I said WOW, ok, he has a line. I went back to the line where I had lost my place going to get help and waited. Trish, the store manager, came up front to the office to get on the store phone and saw the line and still did not make an effort to help her cashier. Conner was great, I would definitely hire him but I was highly disappointed in the service of the STORE MANAGER. Your customers should always come first, if I was a mystery shopper for Micheals, Trish would have been counselled for lack of performing superior customer service. Explain to me how stocking your shelves, and recovering your store is more important than your customers who a waiting in long lines, witnessing you put your merchandise before their service. I rated 2 stars because the store was clean, neat and organized of coarse(that seems to be the focus here) and Conner was great. I was not greeted when I walked in (-1) and the fact that the SM was asked to help and she didn't & saw Conners line and still refused to help(-2). Don't claim excellence in customer service and satisfaction when your store managers don't value this.

Hanging flower baskets

I went into my local Michales store looking for hanging baskets. I was told none were in the store. I went on line and found Michales hanging baskets and went into sticker shock. Are they out of their minds, asking seventy two dollars for a very sick looking basket. Their prices are way out of line, ended up walking over to Dollar Tree and made two beautiful hanging baskets at a fraction of the price.

I visited the Michaels store #5126 in…

I visited the Michaels store #5126 in New Port Richey, Florida yesterday morning. I was looking for a frame for something special for my Grandson. I noticed two staff members in the framing dept. that were both working on projects. I ask them for their input. They immediately came to my aid and made great suggestions. Upon being personally taken to the frames they recommended i not only found exactly what I wanted. I also found an incredible sale on them. I went from buying one item to buying six items. All because Amanda and Alexis took time for me. A rare thing these days. I will look forward to going there again to visit them. Michaels these two employees are made for you!!!! Thanks

Friendly Cashier at end of my shopping experience!

I went Michael's originally to make a purchase on some wall shelves, but if you are looking for this kind of stuff, they don't sell any of it, but I did find the three battery operated candle set that comes with the remote for only like $26.99 i think I paid for the entire set! It was a win win situation for me anyway. Store is very very clean and even though I wasn't greeted coming into the store, I was satisfied at the end of checkout because the friendly cashier said did I find everything I was looking for which I explained why I came in the first place. She was understanding and gave me a online coupon to find something online for and receive free shipping, what a very nice thing to do for your customers, wouldn't you think so? I sure did! I will be returning back to this Altamonte Springs location again in the future!

I was exhausted shopping for Stikbots…

I was exhausted shopping for Stikbots with my 7 and 12 year old grandkids. We had been to Walmart & Target. As a last resort we went to Michael’s in Brea. My 12 year old had a very good idea where they would be but we could not find any. I had to ask for help. That’s where we met the very colorful Justine. She looked, also not finding. Then she went to her computer, said they should be in the store. She took us to the isle and opened a drawer on the floor level, announcing “There the are!!!” Well, my 7 year old jumped 3 times with excitement yelling “YES”. If this was captured on store video it could be a winner. Justine, you made a grandpa’s day. BTW, my name is Sam and the kids call me Sampa, not Grandpa. My sincere thanks, best day ever!!!

Racism

Your attendants at the Merritt Island, Florida location do not like to help Black customers. I approached a store member for help and was ignored and disregarded. The blatant racism at this store will be shared and I will ensure other Black customers know not shop at this store.
