My concern is that in today's Covid…
My concern is that in today's Covid environment the keypad is not being cleaned due to the moisture on the cloth. Corporate is more concerned about saving money than the consumers health. I'm sure there are alternatives to keep the machine from being ruined after cleaning. For example investment in a clear durable plastic to go over the key pad thai can be wiped down after each customer. That will show that MICHAELS care about their customers. IJS.
