On August 4,2021 I visited Westmoreland…

On August 4,2021 I visited Westmoreland Mall Michaels in Greensburg PA between 9am and 11am. I was disappointed the register did not ring up the correct price however both team members were extremely helpful in sorting it out. If it wasn't for them, I likely would not of purchased as many frames as I did.

I went in to the Mission Valley store…

I went in to the Mission Valley store today to order a frame for my vintage needle work. I was approached by a nice lady and was transferred to another whom took the next women before me because she had "a quick question." I accepted it and went on to choose my frame. I was told to let her know when I was ready, which I did, times and I watched her continue with her many framing tasks. The same nice girl came out and apologized and I left. Wow. I have no problem waiting when necessary but this was just plain very bad service.

I would give one star if I could

I would give one star if I could. Lines are always incredibly long and most times there is only one person working the register. I’m also very disappointed in the quality and selection of decorative items. Prices are high compared to other stores. I left without my items after waiting over twenty minutes in line last visit. I filled out a survey and asked for a call back and after talking to the store manager I feel worse, not better.

Smiley Friendly worker

I was helped a lot by a nice friendly worker that is passionate about his job and keeps a smile on his face. His name was Antoine he was a huge help. Next time you go to the Pelham Manor shopping center I recommend Antoine

I always depend on Michael's art store…

I always depend on Michael's art store for good quality art supplies. Michael's art store has a variety of many different things to choose from and I am happy to go into the website to explore the many things they have display. Michael's art store has discounts on their merchandise, one needs to explore their specials. I highly recommend for everyone to go to Michael's art store. I am an amateur artist that is doing paintings, designing sweatshirts and t-shirts. They have many different things to choose from all depending on your desires.

Customer Safety

I like the Michael’s at Polo Park, but am always disgusted when I have to use the pay terminals. The terminals are worn out, you can’t see most of the numbers and do not have the option to ‘tap’ to pay. One would think that a national company would keep up with current technology, especially for the safety of their customers to not have to touch the keypad during this pandemic.

Great custom framing dept. in Torrance.

I recently brought in several pieces, large and small to be framed. Micheal had just started working with a customer, so as soon as he saw me he called out Janice to help me. I very much enjoyed working with her. She was very helpful in guiding me to my mat and frame choices, making it easier for me to make my final choices. I also love how you can now put options on the computer- sooo helpful!!

It's the michaels at gateway for me

It's the michaels at gateway for me. If I could give 0 stars believe me I'd give it 2 times. I never write reviews but the manager here tried to justify no notification about my same day delivery not being delivered THE SAME DAY. Saying there's a third party that comes for it.. me: how can the third party come for something that hasn't been pulled & packed. Then. .. she tells me there's a certain time cut off. 2pm which my order was placed before. Emailed with a thank you for your purchase. But had I got a email saying your order will not be able to be delivered today I would of CANCELED it. I paid a fee for same day delivery which is the same amount for a cab there. Not to mention I shop inside that store and most of the time it's under stocked. So what exactly are the employees doing with their time at the store that signs their checks?

Amazing experience

This was my first visit to Michaels for paints. It was a wonderful experience. I've found other art supply stores lacking in customer service. Michaels went beyond and above my expectations.

On june 22, 2021, Customer service was 5 stars, Jamie from store #3908 in Edmonton, AB was so friendly and so helpful with everything i bought that day... Nicest cashier i've had in a long time!!

I love Michaels Stores

I love Michaels Stores, I am there once or twice a week atleast. I used to buy this item and loved it! “Mosaic Glass Tile Assortment by ArtMinds™ Item # 10287056” I bought them again this week and found out they have changed the color of the red, it used to be opaque and now it is translucent which doesn’t look good at all, but online it still shows the original color. Many of the tiles were chipped from the corners which are useless. Please consider these requests from a loyal customer. *please change the color of the red to its original. *make sure they are packed carefully so they don’t chip. *carry more mosaic tile options.

Kaitie at the Middleton Location

Kaitie at the Middleton, WI location is a ROCKSTAR! Could not have asked for anyone better to help me find just what I was looking for a Gender Reveal party project! She was knowledgeable about the products and more importantly knew where to find them! She helped me more than once on this trip, she was like the calm in all the chaos. She was not only telling people where to find things she going with customers to make sure they found the right spot! If I was hiring right now I would try to steal her from Michaels, I actually already told a few friends if they were looking for someone to hire they should go to Michaels and look for Kaitie!

Michael’s Metairie location

Michael’s Metairie location - customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! ITS A EYE ROLL and/or a huff and puff when you ask a question or need help finding something! (Pretty sure that what they are getting paid for... but what do I know.... )!I went to another employee for help mainly Bc the first one was just flat out rude ... to then only find out .... what do you know.... SHES RUDE TOO!!!!!! I COME TO MICHAELS AT LEAST twice a week and spend a decent amount.... to only get in return attitude and whatever else from the employees..... I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! ! GET IT TOGETHER MICHAELS!!!!

Very VERY pleased.

The custom framing tool on the Michael's website is one of the most user friendly devices I have ever used. YOu can upload your art and then see exactly what it would look like with various frames and mats. The store in Kenwood in surburban Cincinnati was amazingly helpful and professional when I had a number of things framed for our home, and at much more reasonable cost than other framing stores I have used. But I want to give a special shoutout to Mariah in the framing department at Kenwood who not only helped with our home framing needs...she also went way beyond the call of duty to help our son who is in college (art school) with a project. She shortened her turnaround time for a dry mount he needed so that he could make some last minute revisions to the art and still have it dry mounted before the due date. She didn't have to do that. This is a great store, and as I said the company's online tools to make custom frames are unparalleled.

Terrible

Terrible. Sold me an item under false pretences. Than when I made a complaint about it, they wouldn’t comment, and refused to put my review in. Will never recommend this place. Terrible.

My Michael shopping experience from years.

I have been shopping from Michaels from 2015 and it’s always a very nice experience. I like the cat it offers and as I run a small business crochetting and selling items it helps me a lot to shop during the sales . I like the quality of yarn the offer too. However I suggest that they increase the variety of cotton yarn as I have to order them from other companies like Hobbii and Love Crafts as the cotton yarn variety here is very restricted. I would like to see them have Circulo brand from Brazil and Alize from Turkey as these are the best cotton brands. Thank you

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - HORRIFIC

DO NOT ORDER Absolutely horrific! Do NOT buy any frames through Michaels! Ordered mid June, UPS sent me an email saying "Damaged, can not deliver". Called Michaels saying I wanted a replacement, not a refund. Second time .....damaged yet AGAIN! Called UPS....they claim Michaels is NOT packaging properly and parts of the UPS system are unmanned conveyor areas. Called Michaels to re-order a 3rd time and they said they would relay the message from UPS to the warehouse. Here I am at almost August and still waiting for my 3rd shipment!!!!! Lastly, they asked me to review the frames....which I still don't have. When I wrote what you read above, they claim it does not abide by their rules. Talk about about a gag order!

Devon Morgan store # 7770 helped me with my return It was tricky to figure out cause the coad wouldn't scan but she figured out what to do and got my return completed
