I bought 4 products thinking they had a 60 day return policy, which is stated on their website. I attempted to make a return only to be told that they don't return prescription products. After approximately 55 days, I still have signs of rosacea; the mask was worthless; I still have dryness around my eyes even after 2 months of use and the anti age cream left a residue on my face and there are several areas of peeling skin on my face. VERY DISAPPOINTED and out a lot of money.

I went in to the Mission Valley store…

I went in to the Mission Valley store today to order a frame for my vintage needle work. I was approached by a nice lady and was transferred to another whom took the next women before me because she had "a quick question." I accepted it and went on to choose my frame. I was told to let her know when I was ready, which I did, times and I watched her continue with her many framing tasks. The same nice girl came out and apologized and I left. Wow. I have no problem waiting when necessary but this was just plain very bad service.
