Horrible customer service
I ordered 9 balls of yarn for their black Friday deal buy two get one free. 3 of those got sent with the promotion, 3 got canceled and 3 got sent and charged at regular price. When talking to customer service they said the canceled yarn was from lack of stock. When I mentioned the site still showing it as available they told me it takes 24 to 48 hrs to update but it had already been a week since the order date and not once did it say unavailable. They said they couldn't help me with my full price yarn cause the deal had already switched to buy one get one half off and they aren't able to look at previous sales.
