Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Fettah you are THE BEST. So I had this issue, I am a lycamobile customer. 2 weeks back my phone suddenly lost network and went into SOS only mode. I was not able to make / receive calls or text. I called Lyca Mobile customer support team multiple time over past 2 weeks. All I ended up is explaining situation over phone and getting a ticket number stating technical team will call you on alternate number but guess what no calls received and tickets were closed. I called again today and was lucky enough to connect with Fettah, with his expertise and knowledge, he was able to fix the issue over the call without needing technical team. Thank you Fettah, you are the man! These 5 stars are for you.

I spoke with a representative to request my account number and PIN in order to transfer my number to a new carrier. Unfortunately, the call was disconnected, and it was clear the representative had little to no experience handling this type of request. This was a very disappointing experience and reflects poorly on Lycamobile's customer service.

I had an issue regarding with the sim swap. I lost my sim. My experience with Lyca customer care was awful until i faced with Jaber. What happened first was I requested for the sim swap and I had the reference number along too it was 106403649. They told me to wait for 24 hrs and after that I logged in the sim and the registered number wasn’t there instead the new sim got activated. So I called for half an hour waiting for the customer care to pickup and a girl picked up. She gave me a follow up reference number which was 106418346 promised and clearly assured me it will be activated within 2 hours knowing the new sim was activated. And it didn’t happen! So disappointed with the former service. After that I called again the next day and explained the problem I don’t exactly remember the person’s name whom I spoke with. He kept me on hang for like 20 mins. Not speaking anything and I can hear ringtone after few min and then silence and the same ring. As if he’s pretending to speak with me and if he wanted to end the conversation on my side. I waited patiently but there was no response. I didn’t ask for the reference number that time. I called again the same evening and Jaber picked! I didn’t know once the new sim was activated we can’t swap to another number until he told me. I had to buy new sim twice for the activation. He advised me clearly not to insert the sim even after 24 hrs until you confirm that it’s registered.and he solved my problem within 15 min. Ther should be more people like him. Who understood my problem well and tried fixing instead of avoiding tasks and passing the blame to another while letting the customer wait for more hours and not getting the result is disappointing. Mr. Jaber answered my call to help me switch my SIM card to an eSIM on my new phone. He was very knowledgeable and guided me through the steps to complete the process quickly. I received excellent service at an unbeatable price, which included an international calling plan.

I am trying to transfer my number from Xfinity service to port to Lyca mobile from last four days and no one was able to help me until I spoke to Hamid from Morocco (BA30899). He did it for me within 10 minutes including transfer and Activation for me. I highly recommend Hamid for others and appreciate for all his help and thanks to him for getting me out of the pain I am facing with other representatives.

Review 1- no response Review - 2 Addressed and partially solved my problem by unblocking my phone number Review -3 Please work on sim swap request and start my phone services Post unblocking my number I contacted customer care to provide details of my new sim number where I wanted to swap my current number (as I lost my sim) They have asked so many questions, I have answered all correctly with respect to my identity verification. Even provided one time password from my email. After struggling 5 to 6 hours they said " Your phone number is special and out technical team is not able to work on your sim swap request. I really don't know what is going on with my case. You guys are taking customers granted. Struggling with this unprofessional service provider since more than a month.

Worst customer care ever i see literally 1 week i was facing issue with transfer out they didnt provide me correct reason whats wrong with that and they provide me account number and its saying its incorect when reach back them they didnt even respond properly from past 5 days they saying its gonna take 24 or 48 hours but my issue was not cleared
