Fettah you are THE BEST. So I had this issue, I am a lycamobile customer. 2 weeks back my phone suddenly lost network and went into SOS only mode. I was not able to make / receive calls or text. I called Lyca Mobile customer support team multiple time over past 2 weeks. All I ended up is explaining situation over phone and getting a ticket number stating technical team will call you on alternate number but guess what no calls received and tickets were closed. I called again today and was lucky enough to connect with Fettah, with his expertise and knowledge, he was able to fix the issue over the call without needing technical team.
