Not good communication customer service numbers given do not work. I ordered a SIM card with an option to port my number got the SIM but no instructions on how to do it and no date given as to when I could change number the website is also poor and hard to use. I think they have used the PAC code but not let me know as I tried to use it again with a different company but it wouldn't let me so will give it a month then change supplier
Update: this response from lyca is a lie. I was charged twice for a monthly package, how can a balance be used for that? Your customer service is poor. I am already with a new and better network with customer service so fast and efficient I was shocked, unlike Lyca Mobile with the most frustrating customer service experience Very poor customer service. They also reduce your data when you haven't used that much. They charged me twice, when I called they said they'd refund( after trying to get through for 2 hours) i waited a month even though they said 5-7 days. I did a charge back then they blocked my number, asking me to cancel my charge back. No resolution. Im moving. Do NOT go with lyca
Great customer service
This company is fraudulent. I signed my kid up for a monthly bundle which was automatically renewed. I cancelled the auto renewal before its expiry date as my kid will be on holidays and will not need it. Lycamobile still went ahead to withdraw the amount. My bank had to block my debit card and send a new one. 3 months later, I cancelled the bundle before its expiry date and again they deducted the fee,even after I had removed my card details. The customer service had the guts to ask if I took screenshots.how silly can that be? I have proof that my bank had to block the first card because of this company. Do NOT save your card details on their system. Even after you have removed it,they store it in their systems which is very DISHONEST. Very desperate to take money from people. They are fraudulent. Going to report them.
Have written to the support team multiple times and no reply
the customer service is a nightmare, I've been trying to swap a lost phone number over to a new SIM all under lyca, no other supplier, 3 days I am trying to do this, the chat people head off for a cup of tea or a nap during chat, the call take 30 mins before you get through, then they send you off and call back again for another hold for 30 mins, talking about the worse service ever.
The plans are cheaper and anybody can afford it.
Sim arrived quickly and well packaged. I was told though I couldn’t use thr £2.60 sim as I bought a pay as you go £10 sim before it which didn’t last long. So I had to purchase another £5 sim. So not a great experience. At least though I can make calls on this network as my normal service provider 3 is not working in my home area for 6 weeks now.

I ordered esim, you took my money, you didn't send me any QR code for 8 days counting. I have called several times and you have the confidence to ask for review.

Very poor service I cancelled my order just few hours after placing my order but they are still unable to do it . The lady on the phone said to me everything is sorted but still nothing done .
Mobile service once set up is fine, but customer support is poor. Long wait times for a live agent on chat (gave up trying after 30 minutes) and telephone support rushed and dismissive. Takes several attempts just to transfer number to new phone (not even change provider)
None of my concerns were addressed. I've sent emails and used their live chat function and no one has bothered to respond.
