Very poor customer service
Update: this response from lyca is a lie. I was charged twice for a monthly package, how can a balance be used for that? Your customer service is poor. I am already with a new and better network with customer service so fast and efficient I was shocked, unlike Lyca Mobile with the most frustrating customer service experience Very poor customer service. They also reduce your data when you haven't used that much. They charged me twice, when I called they said they'd refund( after trying to get through for 2 hours) i waited a month even though they said 5-7 days. I did a charge back then they blocked my number, asking me to cancel my charge back. No resolution. Im moving. Do NOT go with lyca
