Deducting fees without customer's consent
This company is fraudulent. I signed my kid up for a monthly bundle which was automatically renewed. I cancelled the auto renewal before its expiry date as my kid will be on holidays and will not need it. Lycamobile still went ahead to withdraw the amount. My bank had to block my debit card and send a new one. 3 months later, I cancelled the bundle before its expiry date and again they deducted the fee,even after I had removed my card details. The customer service had the guts to ask if I took screenshots.how silly can that be? I have proof that my bank had to block the first card because of this company. Do NOT save your card details on their system. Even after you have removed it,they store it in their systems which is very DISHONEST. Very desperate to take money from people. They are fraudulent. Going to report them.
