NEVER USE LYCA UK. Lyca mobile promise a refund and never deliver. On my last day in the UK they promised a refund for an error of their making. Now back home, using my original non UK sim, they want a whole lot of irrelevant details to credit mycredit card which they were using to pay themselves while I used their service. All they have to do is credit my card as they promised, now that i am no longer in the UK they ar ecoming up with irrelevant excuses. It's been a month.
