I purchased a 60Gb bundle for 30 Day, £15. 2 hours later it was gone! How’s that even possible, I was only watching Sky Go?

I have made 3 separate purchases to top up on the physical SIM I installed into my phone. I have not yet been able to use the number at all. I still have money on it and yet cannot use it. I would appreciate an email to help me avail of the service I have paid for.
Abysmal service for internet, phone and customer service. Best avoided unless you're a sadomasochist. Pay the extra to get a decent service from another EE provider. This has been my worst experience with a network provider.
The Customer Service Officer Robert Deleon, was efficient and patient with my query taking all the details and escalating it to be resolved as soon as possible.
The gentleman on the customer services line was very helpful in resolving an unsuccessful eSIM swap. My phone was working within the 3 hours timeframe he mentioned. Many thanks.
A huge mistake to go from Vodafone to Lyca mobile. Charged me for two plans for the best part of a year and owe me £70. Emailed bank statements three times and still no refund. Numerous service issues and no 5G. Paid £10 two days ago and no service at all, absolutely criminal and a waste of my time.
I recently purchased a SIM card with the "UK Plan Unlimited" internet bundle, but my mobile data is not working at all. When I open the app, it shows that I don't have any active plan, even though I paid for the unlimited plan. I contacted customer support by phone and explained the issue, but nothing has been resolved. I'm very disappointed with the lack of assistance and the fact that I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving.

Have been using this for a few months but have had a couple issues that up to now have always been sorted Direct debit set up and has always worked this month LYCA have kept sending reminders to pay early stupidly so not wanting to loose contact paid early Today you’ve taken a direct debit as well so this means I’ve paid £20 this month instead of £10 Spoke with customer services and was assured this wouldn’t happen Unimpressed Spoke with customer services this morning she tells me next month ignore the random requests for payment and my direct debit payment will not be actioned time will tell!
Due to the last complaint I wrote on this website, the auto-renewal was cancelled. I appreciate the prompt action. However, I haven’t been refunded for the bundle I was charged yet. It has been over 3 weeks since I got a reply from an agent and a month since I tried contacting them. I don't know where I can get a response from them apart from this website so I'm coming back here again.

Very good customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service both on phone and via the LIA chat. It has taken me 5 days (still waiting for someone to actually help me), to try and get a number transferred onto a new sim. I keep getting put through to different departments that hang up on me. In total I have been put on hold for over three and a half hours. I managed to get hold of an agent called Charisa via the LIA chat and after asking her initial question she vanished. She did not respond to any of my questions and after 15 minutes the chat automatically ended due to "inactivity". This is without doubt one of the poorest standards of customer service that I have ever received.
Very bad customer service and support I am again trying to contact LIA and Live Agent, I think all Live agents passed away. RIP Again tried LIVE AGENT, MOST UNPROFESTIONAL, WORST, UNFRIENDLY, PEOPLE ON THE EARTH.
The most untrustworthy company I have come across. My experience with them was and is still a nightmare.
