I’ve been coming since June and each…

I’ve been coming since June and each experience has been great. Kristen Jopes is my therapist and she is awesome in every way. She’s really helped me to sort stuff out in my life. Friendly staff.

Tried to get a detailed billing…

Tried to get a detailed billing statement. Called three times and each time was told it would take 24-48 hours to upload to the portal. Never uploaded. I was also told it would be sent to me. Never sent. Tried asking for a supervisor and I'm still waiting for a call back. The therapist is great and we love her, but the back office has a lot of work to do.

My therapist is great

My therapist is great. At first it was touch and go; but he did not force it and allowed me to talk and open up at my pace. He provides me with tools to deal with life stresses and how to move forward. Thanks B.Sprague. V

I’ve had a positive experience with Patrick …

I’ve had a positive experience with these guys. My therapist has and is helping me with crap the VA wouldn’t bother with. So, I like them and need this therapist. These guys are great for my needs.

I love Lifestance

I've been doing therapy online for awhile now. I'm unable to drive due to my health, so online therapy is a great option to have. My therapist is fantastic.

Compassionate professionals

I have been working with my therapist for almost a year. Sometimes we have to meet via telehealth. As I have several jobs, it is important to have that kind of flexibility. However it is more valuable to me that my therapist is a compassionate professional. Thank you.

Good clinic, would recommend to others!

I’ve been going here for about a year now, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. Sometimes errors happen, usually in terms of scheduling and the portal, but no major issues and the front desk is always willing to help. I would recommend this clinic to anybody looking for counseling!

LifeStance Health has been horrible to work with.

LifeStance Health has been horrible to work with. Their communication is some of the worst I've ever experienced in healthcare. First the doctor put our son on a medicine that pretty much tranquilized him, he could barely wake up or talk, go to school or participate in sports. Then it took the doctor 5 days to get back to us on our concern, even though we were told they would be monitoring closely each day to make sure he was doing well. By that time we had stopped the medication but the damage was already done, and the doctor had promised us she'd be laser focused on our sons progress, especially early on since he's never been on meds. That was a big fat lie. Then to top it off, we gave her the benefit of the doubt, because they use a portal for messages and it is very clunky. We decided to get some tests done to make sure our next step is 100% the proper step, before wasting more time and potentially causing any damage to our sons health and well being. I explained it is a rush, we need to get him on track for success and confidence, and I explained to their scheduling desk the horrendous experience thus far. She empathize with me and let me know they'll do everything they can to help get back on track. She said she could schedule us for his test the next day (today) since he has the day off at school. That we could click their link anytime after 11am and he'd need to take their test for 20 minutes in front of the PC. Once we tried logging in this morning, it now looks like they scheduled us for April 5th, not today March 29th as promised. So they're lying again, pushing back the appointment and pushing back our sons progress. I called to complain again, now becoming a part time job holding these guys accountable, and am now waiting for a manager to contact me. Based on my experience, run, don't walk, run away from these guys if you're looking for an organized healthcare solution for yourself or someone you love. Their communication is something I'd expect from a restaurant that just opened and will likely fail, not from an established healthcare provider dealing with children. My next step will be contacting the authorities for possible malpractice.

HORRIBLE!!!

BEWARE

BEWARE A medical emergency came up on Saturday to where I needed to miss my therapy appointment so I tried calling Saturday, weren’t open, tried again Sunday, weren’t open. Which I understand but there should at least be an email people can contact over the weekends if there’s an emergency and have to cancel their appointment. I looked all over the internet for an email or live chat because I know cancellations needed to be 48 hours prior. I called Monday because I had no choice but to wait and they are saying they will still charge me the $50 cancellation. No where on the email does it say 48 hour business days, I would assume you guys would at least have someone to email on weekends because this emergency was out of my control. Very disappointed, I already have a lot going on in my life. Not to mention the lady I called was also pretty rude. I feel like I’m being punished for something out of my control.

Unbelieveable CUSTOMER relation service.

When calling this business it is something else, where do they get their representive personnel pool? Office closed recording in the middle of the business day when calling. No one answers phone, get to wait so after 45 mins have to use their call back mode, 3 hours later I get operater that sounds more like reading a script than talking to a customer. I told her fourth and fifth times calling and was very displeased with billing actions to correct problems they have created. She told me I was treating her like my child and rude and she didn't have to take it. I told her I wasn't rude, it is the truth and I am the customer here not her. Next time I have trouble I will speak to the Office Manager. If that person says they are the OM I know the phone is in the pateints'waiting room for anyone to pick up.

Where do I begin with how horrific this…

Where do I begin with how horrific this business is? I've been tryin them for 4 years now. Billing has over charged a card on file numerous times without returning the funds. I am charged even on months and days I haven't had an appointment. The psychiatrist /therapist has been a nightmare. The 1st one Continuously kept giving me medication that made me sick and didn't work. Then one day prior to an appointment I received a message from him stating he gives up on me because he can't figure me out and I needed to find a new provider. I had a good one for a couple of months after him, but she quit lifestance due to how she was treated as a provider. Wish I still had her, because she done a gene site test on me to see what exact meds would work with my body and my chemical make up that makes me who I am and what my body can process on a good note. Now to the one I have now. At 1st she seemed good and seemed to really pay attention. Seen her for therapy as well as psychological things. After 2 therapy sessions she no longer booked me for therapy. Then I continue to see her because I am a super high functional anxiety patient with insomnia and other things. She explained what she thought my issues may be and said we would go off the gene site test and see which meds would work for me out of the ones the test said I should take. I had already told her previous meds that I couldn't take and have taken. Now here we are a few months in and still no therapy, medication telehealth appointments are 2-3 months apart, she tried to change the diagnosis we originally had started with, she tried to give me meds I had previously taken in the past that caused me severe problems, and I get a message today that we can not try a new sleep med since the one I've been on since I started with her is no longer working and I am trying to change my meds too much. I explained how they made me feel and she said they should not make me feel that way as though she is living in my body and feels what I feel. She refuses to change my meds and still Insisting on putting me on a med that has me hallucinating and sick all the time. So tomorrow I will be in search of a new provider and it will not be with lifestance. They do not care about your mental health and they over book people so you can't even get an appointment when it's needed. And if I need therapy and a psychiatrist they are quick to only let you have one or the other. I have to change my debit card due to the billing constantly charging it at any given moment without having an appointment and I have to find a new therapist and psychiatrist due to the one I have not listening to me and being over booked and she doesn't care how meds or life is making me feel. I am a human, yes I need meds, and no you don't know what I'm feeling and you don't know how certain meds make me feel. I can't wait to find a business as well as a therapist and psychiatrist who care about me as a person. Lifestance is the worse business with the worse unprofessional and some uncertified psychiatrist and therapist ever.

Love my therapist and psychologist

Love my therapist and psychologist! They are excellent. The billing department is unprofessional, gives incorrect hours, and when they called me and I was in the middle of court they left no voicemail and charged my card without informing me that they would. Getting to talk with someone on the phone is basically impossible unless they call you first. And God forbid you can't immediately make a payment. The lady I spoke with was rude, lacking empathy, and when I asked the hours I could call back and speak with someone she gave me incorrect information. If I didn't like the therapist and psychologist so much I would drop this like a hot potato.
