I’ve been going to LifeStance for a couple years since I had issues with work and family. Matt Preuitt has helped me so much with tools to use to keep me from going down that road again. He has helped me understand childhood issues and how I dealt with trauma then and now and change my approach and perspective. I have found his help life changing. It is also helpful just to have a knowledgeable person to talk to.

So far my experience has been great! They are very compassionate people and the wait for my first appointment wasn’t long at all!

I only have had 3 appointments with Lifestance, and here I am already making a negative review. I had a virtual appointment at 10:00am. I was logged in and waiting on time - with screenshots to prove it! The provider never came on. I immediately called to let them know I was there and logged in and informed them of my screenshots. I was told both times”yes, I see you were logged in. You won’t be charged.” Lo and behold, I ended up receiving a bill for being “late” - an $80 charge. I called again, and once again I was told that I would not be charged because the provider marked my appointment as “completed”. But instead of the bill disappearing, my card was charged anyway!!! Do not use LifeStance! They are nothing but scammers taking advantage of those in need.

I had to check in and pay on my phone, which was a first for me. I also had my first teleconference which, again, was a first for me. They both went fine. I'm just not good with Electronics. The nurse was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Bait and Switch: Told me the provider was in-network, then charged me out-of-network rates. Fraud: Started sending me SMS and email messages a year ago saying my account is due. No one will tell me anything about my account, and no one can tell me how much is due nor why I have a balance. Incorrect Diagnoses: The provider I met with, virtually, read off three intake checklists then gave me a diagnosis that two other providers, after actually interviewing and testing me, have refuted. NO customer service: Again, once they mischarge, misdiagnose, or misserve you there is NO ONE to talk to and they will continue to flood you until you block all of their means.

I recently visited Life Healthand had an incredibly positive experience. Dr. Shi was incredibly attentive and truly listened to my concerns. She took the time to understand my situation and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Shi created a safe and comfortable environment for me to open up, and her positive and encouraging demeanor made a significant difference. I felt heard and valued throughout my appointment.

We’ve been very happy w Lifestance. Dr Ryan Brown has been an excellent psychiatrist for my son and great support for the family. He truly cares about our well-being, being just prescribing meds. And Joe Benedetti is a compassionate and caring therapist. He engages my son on his level, something no other therapist has done. Highly recommend!

LifeStance is the best ever! Helped me thru a difficult time and I thank you. Linda Bachman is a great therapist and is there when you need her. Can’t say enough good things about LifeStance!

I love my doctor Calli Hall. She is very helpful and is even more professional. I hope I can have her as my med doctor for a long time.

I just had an appointment with my doctor, doctor Nan MacLean she's a wonderful doctor she knows what she's talking about and she listens very well to her patients if anybody has any doubts about themselves, What do you got to lose, to let this Dr. try to help your condition that you may be in, she helps me a great amount thanks to her my life is in the path it is supposed to be going Thank you again Dr Nan... SEMPER FI !!!

Dr. Ashley Keane-Ames is great! Every session we have had she is wonderful and helpful. She really listens to all of my needs and comes up with a great plan. The office is also easy to reach anytime I need to reschedule an appointment. Would highly recommend.

I think this company should be investigated. Very shady business practices

The Dr. never showed up for appointments and they still bill you. When you ask for documentation they send you nothing. This is a fly by night operation and you can never talk to the local office. They just bounce you around from office to office. I am waiting for this to go to collections so I can begin a small claims action against them.

If I could give zero I would. I was scheduled incorrectly with one provider, had to reschedule because no one caught that this provider didn't prescribe the meds I take and was told no one was available for a month even though they screwed up. Put with another provider then got a text that they were also no longer available so put with yet another as telehealth even though I am prescribed controlled meds and told them I needed to be in person because I apparently know those rules better than scheduling staff. Only to get on the call and find out that the newest provider did not review any of the information and wanted me to fill out the same form a 4th time. To make matters worse she was clearly at home in a communal space when someone was walking behind her during my session.

My therapist is wonderful. Very Happy with Life stance. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My initial visit with a psychiatrist was not pleasing at all and I almost went to another practice. Fortunately, that psychiatrist left and I was assigned a different one who is wonderful (Yulonda Leverett). She takes a more holistic approach, which I prefer. I am also seeing a psychologist (Sydni Adessa) whom I absolutely adore! We meet weekly via telehealth. She has been instrumental in helping me get through my situation, is an excellent listener and always encourages me. I would highly recommend this practice and practioner.

Staff is friendly, professional, and my call is answered in a timely manner. Dr Sidiqui is very personable. I will recommend him and your facility to friends and family
