Bait and Switch, 0 Service
Bait and Switch: Told me the provider was in-network, then charged me out-of-network rates. Fraud: Started sending me SMS and email messages a year ago saying my account is due. No one will tell me anything about my account, and no one can tell me how much is due nor why I have a balance. Incorrect Diagnoses: The provider I met with, virtually, read off three intake checklists then gave me a diagnosis that two other providers, after actually interviewing and testing me, have refuted. NO customer service: Again, once they mischarge, misdiagnose, or misserve you there is NO ONE to talk to and they will continue to flood you until you block all of their means.
