Unprofessional and Uncaring
If I could give zero I would. I was scheduled incorrectly with one provider, had to reschedule because no one caught that this provider didn't prescribe the meds I take and was told no one was available for a month even though they screwed up. Put with another provider then got a text that they were also no longer available so put with yet another as telehealth even though I am prescribed controlled meds and told them I needed to be in person because I apparently know those rules better than scheduling staff. Only to get on the call and find out that the newest provider did not review any of the information and wanted me to fill out the same form a 4th time. To make matters worse she was clearly at home in a communal space when someone was walking behind her during my session.
