I highly recommend Lifestance I go to the Lifestance in southern Indiana. I've had a great experience with them. The staff is great. Especially Macy. She helped me so much when I had a medication issue. Dr.Vatel is great! I was so worried I wouldn't find a great psychiatrist. My previous doctor passed. He was the only doctor that got my meds right. He was the best in the area. So far, I'd say Dr.Vatel is one of the best. He listens. I'd 100% recommend this place. I've never had any issues with billing or scheduling.

Jared Keck is the best! He is so patient and kind to my special need son.

Dr. Adekeye is absolutely wonderful. She is super smart and very happy. She makes me feel good like I'm chatting with an old friend.

WARNING!!!!IF YOU CHOOSE THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY! and you will not get the help you need... If you get a nurse by the name of Paula, RUN. She will accuse you of being a drug addict if you want something for your diagnosis of ADHD. Why is that the health care industry will jump on giving a child medication for ADHD, but give someone a hell of a time if they have the diagnosis...SHAME ON YOU PAULA. QUIT YOUR JOB, because clearly you are not =good at what you think you are doing. As far the the therapy part, if you are looking for someone to just listen, well this is the place for that, but if you have real problems.....THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!!!Good luck. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly with someone fairly close to where I live. It is nice, too, that they offer in person (although harder to get) and virtual visits. I preferred in person and was happy for that.

I have worked with two practitioners with LifeStance. With both of them I felt listened to, have been helped by them, and felt cared for. When meeting with Sylvia I felt her compassion, which helps me feel safe and in good hands.

My daughter and I have used Lifestance for years and couldn't recommend it more.

my counselor is so awesome. she is easy to talk to and can change how I feel in a few minutes. I feel she really cares about well being. when you have no one else to listen to you, your councelor is there and cares.

The front desk staff is very kind, and Amanda is one of the kindest and thoughtful therapists I’ve had. I’ve just begun seeing her regularly but she has already provided a lot of helpful insight!

I’ve been seeing Dr Hammond and I like her a lot. My experience has been great so far. I did get a two about a charge that didn’t tell me what card/acct was charged or why. I did have an appt later that day so I assume it was for that but I still need to call and confirm. But yeah so far so good in my case.

They cancelled my appointment a couple of hours prior, then told me it would be 2 months to rebook me, which doesn't work because I'll be out of the medication I've been on for 17 years by then. Oh, but they're sorry. As long as they're sorry.

I was assigned a counselor within a week. She’s great and very accommodating with my schedule. This is my second counselor with Lifestance. I had someone a year ago who was great, but Brookfield was too far.

This one star is only for the scheduling dept. who called me to tell me they had an MD for my daughter in our town and wanted to schedule an appointment. I just had to make a payment on the account which I did which was modest. I was then transferred back to scheduling after I made the appointment only to be old there was no MD available and that they did not take my insurance for that office. This was deceptive practice to be aware of. I hope others do not fall victim to what they did to me.

I enjoy getting the viewpoint of a professional. I appreciate their suggestions and tools that they pass on to me to help me with my life strategy. I like my therapist and his insights into my issues. I feel as if I’m in a safe space and can share my concerns. The overall experience is very helpful and beneficial.

My experience with provider Tam Pham was exceptional (5 Stars). Tam was responsive, professional, and cared deeply about attending to my mental health needs. I lowered the score one star due to the clunkier nature of the patient portal, billing, and general customer service lines. These could use some modernization to make them more patient friendly.

Supposed to be a reasonable time frame to be seen, and they have told me I would be put on a list for testing. Timeframe? Up to 6 months. Waiting... waiting to get to scheduling to be tested up to 3- 4 months down the road. No mention of that fiasco on their site, just "call our intake team". No. Just spare yourself the headache now and go whenever you're at least important enough to em to put you on the actual schedule!

I like the CV login better, but the visit today was awesome. My therapist and are heading in the right direction in for my life! I am thoroughly pleased with Ms Maria Pasco!! She's great!!

Terrence Wright is awesome. He feels like a friend who not only listens well but has given me great insight and advice. The who booking process was simple and I have nothing negative to say. The reminder texts are helpful as well.
