Worst therapists office I've ever been…

Worst therapists office I've ever been to in my life. I am worse from them. They have the worst billing ever and bill incorrectly and try to take you to collections. They are unethical and need to be shut down.

Ryan has helped me so much

Ryan has helped me so much! learned to live life each day without my son and all of the horrifying visions that come with it. I was a major train wreck when I met him. trying to pretend that I was OK. when I wasn’t. I hide my pain behind a smile. But the minute I’m on the phone with him I let everything out. And I feel like $1 million after our conversation is over. I literally could not function without him he is a savior. I recommend him very highly

Hello my name is Samantha and I've been going to life stance for a while now and I've had numerous things come up while going to therapy here with Collyn Campbell and she's redirected things for me as far as my house burnt down a month and a half ago and so I'm dealing with that I was already dealing with the suicide of my dad years ago it's affected me all my life and we just had to change course of what happened in life right now and my experience has been excellent I've never really had a complain about it at all and I feel that I'm being listened to I feel that whenever she tells me things it's for my best interest and she doesn't try to tell me this is what you have to do or anything she she puts things out there to let me think about them and tells me and explains very thorough and I have no complaints going here and I need to continue going here because I got numerous things I have to work on

This is not a knock at lifestance

This is not a knock at lifestance. I was with them for many years and had a great understanding Dr. She moved on sadley. Lifestance then dumped me due to having Cen Cal and they were not excepting anymore, few months later a call back they now except can cal. I had my appointment today with new Dr.Dr.Sofia Encarnacion. She is very knowledgeable as a psychiatrist but she was not a good listener and already had her mind made up about what I needed even though I was trying to get her to understnd what works best for me. She already had her mind made up. I am looking for someone else after waiting three months for this appointment! THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU………….

They are fraudulent

They are fraudulent . All I ever had to pay was a 40 copay. I changed insurance this year and found a different doctor somewhere else. They sent me a bill for al.ost 10000. Even showing I was an inpatient and no insurance. They are very fraudulent . Stay away!

Continue to get fraudulent bills

Apparently these reviews mean nothing to this group of "providers". Our first appointment had to be rescheduled as the doctor failed to get insurance information. The second appointment had to be rescheduled because the doctor failed to send a meeting link. The doctor failed to show for the third appointment and year later we got a bill for "no show". We called the doctor's office and was told the bill would be adjusted but continued to receive "past due notices". Further attempts to call the office only result in getting no further than recorded information. We sent a cease and desist letter to LifeStance and to Dr. Robbie Geiselman but we continue to get bills. We absolutely cannot recommend this company or its affiliated therapists

My psychiatrist Phuong Phan is…

My psychiatrist Phuong Phan is excellent. I saw three psychiatrist that didn’t meet my needs before finding Ms Phan. Ms then was able to diagnose me and give me the correct medication and I’ve never felt better!

Patient's Confidentiality Violation

Where's the zero - Patient Confidentiality Violation. I was registered with Lifestance before my abusive exhusband. Somehow their online portal is now associating my account with his, and they sent a verfication text to his phone for my online appointment. I had to call him to get the login code for my appointment so I wouldn't get a missed appointment and charged.-- I was traumatized!!! Don't use this portal or company! And then they charged me $100 instead of my copay even though they violated my patient rights and was so traumatized I didn't continue the appointment. Update: Just got off the phone after waiting 30 minutes for a customer service personnel - and....they use a call center ouside of the US with no email options. They charged me $100 saying I was late for an online appointment, when I couldn't get in because they associated my account with my exhusbands and I wasn't able to get access through the portal - what a traumatizing nightmare --- Getting help has never been more traumatizing --- don't injure your psyche further by going here! This was my 4th attempt to get service through them -- Several of the counselors left lifestance after only two of my visits with them. One of the counselors was very unkind and judgmental. If you can book an appointment directly with your counselor, please do so and avoid the Lifestance Portal experience nightmare.

Surprise billing

Surprise billing! I went to Lifestance for six months, thought my co-pays were correct, reps in office had my insurance information and told me if I owe anything they would bill me because they did not want to overcharge me. No bill in mail! End of year, I got a Surprise bill in the office with nothing but unexplained bills. I saw my therapist 10 min. just to discuss my bills but he didn't want to talk about it and also told me to call billing. There is no billing department, doesn't exist. My insurance company could not reach the billing department either. Found out my copays went toward backpays after looking at the statements correctly. Where the payments went, no idea. I changed my bank card number and disputed the payment that went toward backpay and got it back. Left an email to the company but they did not respond. Then I realized I had a portal which I don't use. I never pay bills online nor do I look at bills in a portal. No one told me this! I expected bills would normally come through the mail like reps told me. After two months now I owe 266.00 how they come up with this is beyond me due to bad billing. I have a recent statement of April that doesn't show the month of July, ect. Look up on the website. Lifestance has an F. This site has complaints on billing. Lifestance is also on fb, and it also has complaints. I have my own F.B. group called Lifestance Complaints! Join if interested! I have several ppl and need 50 or more to get a class action started. This company already has lawsuits as well in the past. Update: I finally found the correct billing number which is not the same as they show on their website. A guy from the billing department, admitted that there are many flaws on their computer systems that are incorrect and ppl get bills years later. Heads up on this one! He cannot take my payment off bc that's another part of a 3rd party company that deals with that part. I don't expect changes in my bill to change. Keep your records, your bills, statements and join my group on F.B.

My Experience with LifeStance Health

I recently received counseling services through LifeStance Health for a personal emotional health issue. I found the experience to be very positive. The counselor I worked with was professional, kind, and easy to talk to. Even though we were strangers, I felt comfortable opening up and sharing things that were difficult to express. The sessions helped me gain perspective and made a meaningful difference in how I was feeling. I appreciated the respectful and supportive approach throughout. Based on my experience, I would recommend LifeStance Health to others seeking help with their mental and emotional well-being.

I found a wonderful therapist here. I've never had any problems making appointments, as I make them with my provider. I also really like the tele-visits. So, if asked, I would recommend my therapist and this facility to any friends or family looking for help.

Couples counseling going well

We have been receiving video couples counseling through LifeStance, through our Kaiser insurance. It works pretty well. Our therapist is great. There have been a few technical glitches, but they work out. I do think there is a lot of repeated and unnecessary questions when logging in for your appointment.

Beware - I have given this company so many chances

I have given this company so many chances. Imagine you go to them for help with medical coverage, thinking you would get help for your child only to find out some of their therapist use the visits to market themselves, so you have to pay them outside of the practice for real help. I mean an extra 400.00 a visit, really to get help for your child. I have lost all hope in this company. Where can a parent get real help.

A waste of time and money

I am so disappointed with this company I have gotten the run around with my medication for over a month. It was supposed to have been sent to my pharmacy that day, it was never sent. I then called the next day, it still wasn't sent. I called again, they told me someone would call when it was sent. I never received a call. I called the pharmacy and nothing. So I messaged my provider on the patient portal and they said it sent. So then I decided to transfer my care to a local provider and even that doesn't seem to be working as I've tried 3 times now and am currently still waiting. I called again today to tell them that I never received my medication and I was promptly told that "no it shows it was received" when I argued and told them it wasn't i was once again told that I would be called back when they figured it out. I was never called but instead messaged (I mean at least it was a response) on the portal. The response was of course crap, that no the medication wasn't at my pharmacy but seeing as it's been a month they can't do it now, then also I could set up a new IN PERSON appointment (kind of hilarious since this is touted as ONLINE and their office is 2ish hours from me). Don't waste your money, don't waste your time. If you are suffering from any mental health crisis find someone that makes it a priority.

I’ve always felt cared for by my PA and…

I’ve always felt cared for by my PA and buy the support staff. I’m very pleased. More importantly, my anxiety and depression is under control thanks to Anthony Shahback. Its only based on my experience (empirical), but I recommend LifeStance.

In office appointments

I mainly have telehealth visits with my doctor but had an appointment in the office last week. Everything was great. From beginning to end, the entire visit was outstanding. My appt wasn't rushed and they really listened. They gave me plenty of time to discuss my health and concerns. It was so much better than other places where they rush through the entire appt. I felt "seen and heard". That is so very important when dealing with mental health issues.
