NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS PRACTICE WOULD BE TOO GOOD!!
If I could give this health practice a negative star I would! I am extremely disappointed with this mental health practice. Despite their mission to improve clients' well-being, their billing practices have caused significant stress for my family. My daughter has been attempting to resolve billing issues for months - each time she makes a payment, she later finds threats of appointment cancellation for supposed missed payments or balances out of nowhere. The front desk staff at the Glen Allen location appears poorly trained, unable to answer basic questions about billing processes. This suggests serious organizational problems that undermine their stated commitment to patient care. The disconnect between this company's mission and their actual business practices is concerning. Their billing department's persistent errors have added unnecessary anxiety to patients already seeking mental health support. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this practice and believe their administrative issues should be addressed through proper channels.
