I can’t express enough how much hope has helped me! I honestly never thought I would be able to better myself. I had horrible anxiety and depression. Key word had. She helped me in ways that fit me. I have never been so mentally capable of dealing with my trauma. She guided me. Now I have graduated within 6 months. It was my goal in the begging and I thought it was a long shot. I always said that she and I coparented my brain. lol. Thank you hope and thank you LifeStance
Love the ease of getting set up with a provider. The virtual option is so convenient and I can around my work schedule. The people I’ve seen too are phenomenal. I feel much better since starting here.
I have been using Life Stance for a few years for my medication management. The service has been excellent. They count with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners who are true professionals. I recommend it.
Provider was extremely great at listening to my needs and what I wanted. Didn’t push anything I wasn’t willing to try and explain medications in depth.
My Johnny is exactly what I was looking for in a therapist. He's attentive, compassionate, and smart.
I've had generally positive experiences with Lifestance. They accept my insurance and most of my visits are managed conveniently via telehealth. I communicate with my doctors via the portal and typically receive very quick responses.
The billing department is awful. They treat patients who need therapy awful. Never answer the phone or correspondence through the portal. If I didn’t love my therapist I would leave.
I just wanted to write a thank you review to LifeStance and Caedy Young Hildebrandt who diagnosed me with autism in my mid 20s. It changed my life and ended my lifelong suffering with unanswerd questions about myself. As a female, I know how hard it is for some people to get diagnosed due to lack of proper reasearch. In my case, thanks to LifeStance, the process was surprisingly smooth. Even though I initiated the idea and had never express this kind of concearns before, it was easy to get a referral from my therapist and schedule an evaluation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making something so important feel accessible and validating!
I would give no stars if I could. Went for two reasons and was told to leave because both issues “had no cure”. Despite saying up front my reason for visiting was to get the best possible medication to help with my problems. But I guess my problems don’t exist because they can’t be cured! Wow! So amazing. Made me sob with hopelessness in the office. Yall suck
The providers I've seen are good. However, the technical part is a nightmare. Because I have a new provider that works out of a different area of Massachusetts than the first one, apparently I need to re-register as a second version of myself. They also changed something recently so that you have to confirm 5 pages of demographic info and do 2 screening questionnaires before you can log into your Zoom visit. Now that I know that, I will log in 15 minutes early, but I was frantic while trying to get to my Zoom because they charge you TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for missed appointments.
If you call them, the first question is not about how you are or how they may help you - it's about how they'll be able to get your money: what insurance, how much copay etc. I have actually been with my provider for a while who then switched to work for LifeStance - their portal is clunky, the messages have a character limit, you won't be able to get into contact with your provider when you need them and/or send them documents like forms they may have to fill for you directly. I needed some document from my provider with some time urgency and I called the front office because I didn't get it from him in time (basically making me lose my pay) and the office hung up on me because I was upset. For a place that is supposed to deal with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression and other forms of mental struggles, I don't think that is appropriate. Having to deal with this place has heightened my anxiety so many times, I've stopped counting. Guess, I'll start looking for another provider now.
Consistent process. Brief and easy to navigate.
Billing department is a joke. Family member was in a car accident, told on phone I shouldn’t be billed for the late cancellation under the circumstance, then a $150 bill shows up. For a mental health company, they really need to work on customer service.
I would give 0 stars if I could! Jesus Christ where do I even start. Every single time I've been billed it has made no sense, you're never told the cost at your appointments, no one answers your billing questions on their website, and they'll randomly add to the amount you owe with ZERO explanation at all. They also employ UNLICENSED Pschiatrists, I met with a woman for three months and then randomly never heard from her again, after a week of my emails not being answered or phone calls returned, I found out she was fired. It consistently takes months upon months to even begin trying to get an appointment. Now I haven't had any other issues with the providers themselves, but the company as a whole is a shitshow that only cares about squeezing your pockets. From little things like telling me my appointment is in person (45 minutes away) just to call me as I'm pulling in and tell me it was supposed to be/had to be online all the way up to them trying to steal my money. If you like being disrespected and treated like complete garbage, COME HERE, if you actually want help with your mental health, find somewhere else I beg.
Provider was friendly and attentive. I got seen promptly:)
Jane Rekas is a remarkable therapist. Brittany Monson worked with me to find the perfect match! Brittany is wonderful in understanding my quirky medication regimen and has really helped keep me on an even keel!
I enjoy talking to Ms Joyner. She really helps me get back on track and I would recommend her to anyone.
Had my first session with Sussana Howard. She was very pleasant and I was comfortable right away. She was very thorough, detailed and professional. The session was productive and I look forward to my next session.
The short time I've spent with them has helped me a lot. It has helped me come to terms with old wounds and helped me heal from a harsh and unjust recent episode in my life. This along with other tools and coping mechanisms have greatly improved my mental health. It's like I can see in color again... They are good and great professionals worth every dime.
