I have mentioned when I put the pendant in the charger I do not believe it is working all that well, but I have never heard from anyone
I think it could do better, but it is adequate

Someone always answers my button and follows up even if pressed in error.

I made an inquiry on my Mother's behalf and ended up getting a high pressure sales call several days later. I made it clear, several times, that I would review the information (which I asked be emaile... See more

I am only a few months in to Life Assure Medical Alert. I think there is value in this service. For my limited experience I believe there is room for improvement. 1) When I responded to the add I was promised a watch which would be part of the Alert service, and which would be free for hearing about the program. When the watch didn't arrive I asked Why & was told I would be getting a better device that I would pay for. 2) The better device if I recall correctly will work in a larger geographic area, and has GPS capability. That sounds like a positive and an important ability . The device is an awkward tool - hanging by a string around my neck, otherwise unsecured & responsable for a few wrong allerts. The device in my opinion has a short battery life and spends a fair amount of time plugged in to recharge it. I have had to leave the device home when going out because it needs charging. I find the device awkward in bed and often do not wear it in bed and I am not protected. Having worn fitness tracker and or a smart watch for many years now I believe you could adopt some of their capabilities and improve your service. A watch worn on the wrist is not going to float around possibly creating error alerts. Watch technology now includes GPS and messaging- and many can go a week without recharging The ones I have used also had very good apps and worked well with my cell phone. They were not uncomfortable in bed.
We asked to have a receipt sent for the payments that have been made via a credit card. We were asked if an e-mail was acceptable for the receipt. We said fine. We are now waiting for this request to be fulfilled.
I’m very comfortable with the device ,sensitive to bumps on the road or when I’m on my scooter. The strap broke….i wouldn’t do without it Elaine
Life Assure is a reasonably priced tracker/communicator for emergency help if needed. It gives the user and family peace of mind, should there be help required.
Thankfully, I have not had to use the device yet, but am confident it will work if I ever have to use it. I have accidentally set it off twice now and was responded to immediately so that gives me confidence.
When I fall no matter where I am they are there to help. They actually saved my life a couple years ago when I was outdoors walking and had a bad accident. Their quick response got me help immediately. I highly recommend them.
l called in yesterday re, my Monthly Check In Call. It took about 4 or 5 minutes for the call to be answered. He told me he was sorry but they were very busy. NOT A GOOD ANSWERE IF YOUR ON THE FLOOR TRYING TO STAY ALIVE. I Speak the truth in this comment.
Help when needed, replacement was quick, when it was needed. My only problem is to get a receipt for the service. Sent emails, and called. Receipt never received.
Staff have been helpful when I called with a problem. The problem was fixed. Whenever I've triggered the "Calling for help" response, the remote responder always answered after a few rings. All my encounters have been false alarms, and they were polite about that too. My only problem is that the device I wear around my neck (includes fall detection) is uncomfortably heavy. The result is more often than not, I don't wear it. I admit I am uncomfortable with almost anything anything around my neck. For me, a smaller, lighter device is desirable.
I appreciate the opportunity to respond to Alert. Whether an accidently tap on the device or I fell, the response has been excellent and prompt. The people coming thru on my device have been sooooo polite and reassuring me to either get help or acknowledge of the error. I am very happy that I got this particular device.
Great customer service on the phone. Logical decisions and next steps are always forthcoming
I had no experience with Life assure yet and I thank God for it. Last year I accidentally push the button and someone was on the phone to help me. Very quick response, good to know!
Re test call
Life Assure was very helpful in helping me to pick the right device for me, and gave me a decent monthly plan.
Great service Feel so much better with Life Assure. I had a stroke in 2021, and live by myself
Happy with my monitor. Like the fact that I recharge it every night.
Your communication has been prompt always but being with you was not efficient outside of my apartment when I needed help falling on the street last February. When I fell down in my apt. I called 911.myself
