When ever I have made a mistake and the system was activated, I received a call to be sure I don't have a fall. No call was more than a few minutes. No problems.

I feel safe when I am alone and if I have this in my neck. I wear this for protection if I pass out. They check up when my alarm goes off accidentally and they ask if I am all right.

It works well and is reasonably priced. Just wish I could get a replacement lanyard!

I have no complaints about the company. My little device seems to be working well. I have not needed it at all, but it gives me a safe feeling knowing it is here if I do need it.

Quick to respond. Very polite when I started the alarm by mistake.

Always there! Even when accidentally hitting the fob they were immediately responsive.

For as many times as my dad has accidentally set his off they are always patient in dealing with him.

There's a long delay in response , when I test it, once every month... this is for my elderly mother.. and I'm not liking the fact, that, she's not feeling safe etc., because of the response time... I feel this needs to be urgently tended to.. thank you.. please reach out to me.. if need be

Making Life Assure my choice for a safety alert pendant was an easy, trouble free experience. Staff were patient, friendly and answered all my questions without any pressure. Prices plans were reasonable with additional add on. Life Assure has not only given me peace of mind especially due to living an hour away but more importantly to my 91 yr old mother who wants to live in her own home for as long as possible safely. If wondering if these safety alert pendants are worth the money, my mother has accidently pushed the button too many times for me to count without penalty or impatience from customer service. Make Life Assure your choice - they are Canadian based!

I recently fell and did not get an alarm. I’m not sure why it didn’t activate because on occasion when I’ve just bent over it activates.

Needed the plastic case replaced. Called & it was received quickly by mail. Thanks.
